From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

I’ve been eating at In-N-Out Burger since I was a kid riding my bike around Covina, California and visiting the one on Arrow Highway. This one in Rocklin is clean and consistent. The staff is friendly. The burgers are excellent.

So we ate here last Sunday July 4 around lunch time. I ordered cheeseburgers, 2 of them with grilled onions. We got our food but the onions were fresh, not grilled. Afteelr eating i told one employee about the grilled onion issue, i wasnt even complaining i just want to let her know my feedback. She apologized and i said its ok, when we are about to leave she came back to our table and apologized again and she handes me a gift card which i politely declined. She insisted so i got the gift card. Thank you Sophie for a great customer service.

We love this location! Recently I went and my wife’s and my order were wrong so I called about it and they went above and beyond to make it right! The reason I called was to make sure I had ordered what I wanted with the right verbiage (wasn’t sure if I needed to specify that I wanted pickles if I got my burger mustard-grilled) and they decided to send my wife and I two free meal coupons for our inconvenience, which blew me away! In n out is always a convenient favorite and it’s great to go somewhere that you know you’ll be take care of no matter what!
