We don’t have In-N-Out Burger where I live now, so I get one whenever I can. They’re 5 stars because for a fast food burger, they’re one of the best. They have someone outside taking orders to expedite the process. The staff is always friendly. The lettuce is always crisp and the tomatoes are always fresh and juicy. The beef patties are a great grind, and if you want to up the flavor, order it animal style. The potatoes are fresh cut and the shakes are so thick you’ll probably have to let them melt a little before you can get them through the straw.

The first thing i noticed was it took me 22 minutes to get into the driving through section. I did like the altitude of the cashier. He had a very happy and cheerful face. He handed us our food with a very pleasant altitude. The management should speed up the service a notch. I personally do not go there again unless they offer better and faster service. Plenty of parking was available and i enjoyed the quality of their hamburger and french fries. go there if you don’t mind waiting in line longer!

Want a great burger? This is the place. What stands out is that this establishment has a hard working, very organized staff that offers great food in a clean inviting environment. It can get busy here, but the payoff is worth it. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and a drive thru option.

Really not happy with this one. One fry got what was asked for, the other was not even after it was re-iterated. Do both these fries look like extra onions and extra sauce? One doesn’t even look like it has the normal amount of sauce.

I love In and out. The food was fantastic as usual. The one issue that I had with this location in particular was the bathroom was filthy. The stall that I went in had no seat covers and no toilet paper. And there was only one paper towel dispenser that had paper towel in it. So, that was kind of annoying, but otherwise it was a fine dining experience.

FYI, if you don’t why hamburgers then “In and Out” is not for you. The burgers are the best on the the west (literally, this is the best west coast fast-food joint you’re going to find) though this is only the case when compared to other fast-food restaurants. The service is possibly the best you will get. You can order your burger to have ketchup & spread on half the bun, and only mustard on the other half, exactly 12 and 1/4 pickles and to wrap your burger in lettuce 360 degrees around and to poke a hole in the burger with their thumb, and no joke, they will happily oblige.

Nice place! Here you will get delicious burgers. Positive people work in the store! And the team looks very united! We visited them as a whole team after the camp with the children. There were about 45 of us. Besides, there were already people in the middle. It was Sunday lunchtime. And these people managed to feed everyone!!!! There was practically no queue!!! Unbelievable! Such an atmosphere does not always prevail among the service personnel!

delicious burgers & freshly cut fries! do ask for the fries to be well-fried if you like them with an extra crunch! ordered grilled onions & chilli on top of our double-double burgers for that extra flavour. loved their chocolate shakes too, so thick & yummy! am so gonna try their fries “animal style” the next time i’m there
