I was wondering why this restaurant was SO extremely cold lately. It used to be warm in here! Turns out somebody thinks its funny to set the thermostat to God damn 67 degrees even though it’s 30 degrees out!

Great In n Out! Very clean. The service was fast and the food was classical delicious! Close to Sonoma State. Bathrooms were also clean. We got fries, burgers, and drinks. All were yummy!

First time I have been to an In-N-Out. The price seemed reasonable, and the drive through was interesting with the curves. I got the cheese burger meal and was very impressed. They said they were voted to have the best cheeseburger. Not sure, but it was very good, served fast and hot, and honestly may have been one of the prettiest burgers I gave ever gotten from a fast food joint. It could have started in a commercial. Excellent friendly service.

I’ve had better burgers off the dollar menu at Micky-Ds. My first bite was dry, flavorless, and disappointing, nothing like the quality I have come to expect from any In-n-Out in Southern CA where I have had the majority of my experience. It tasted like cardboard, like the meat and buns had been freezer-burned. The fries were dry, tasteless, and stale, both my extra crispy and my wife’s normal fries. Additionally, it wrecked my gut. I’ll spare the details of my experience on the porcelain throne over the next 10 hours, but it was worse than any Taco Bell reaction I’ve ever had. I love in-n-out, eat there regularly, and will continue to eat at the San Diego locations, but I will never go back to this location in Petaluma. For my friends and family who say that this chain is overrated, to them, I say, “try any So Cal joint before writing them off forever.” I would have asked for a refund, but I was on a road trip and got takeout and didn’t want to turn around just to complain. I tossed my fries in the trash, but I ended up eating the burger -regretably

Literally the best. What is there to say. It’s fast, affordable, consistent and so yummy. The wait is never long and everyone is always friendly, which is rare. The vegetables are always fresh too, which I appreciate. We normally get a cheeseburger with chilis, definitely try it if you love spice. We also get animal fries with chilis. Our go-to drink is a lemon up (half lemonade half 7up) We love this Petaluma location! ✨

It was relatively empty and clean. Service was quick and it’s pretty standard as an In n Out. It wasn’t as busy as the in n outs local to me. Fries are fresh and facilities are maintained.
