Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Would give this location zero stars if I could: been a long time customer here, and the quality of the food and service has gotten progressively worse over the years. Ordered two double meats today with no cheese, a fry, and a chocolate milkshake. The picture below is what I received. Management and staff need to do better. It wasn’t even busy when I went inside. Unless this looks like something you want to eat, save yourself the trouble and the long wait and avoid this location.

I had a great experience at In-N-Out Burger! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The burgers taste way better than other fast-food places, and you can really tell the ingredients are fresh. The fries were crispy, and the milkshake was perfect.
The staff was friendly, respectful, and worked very fast even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and well organized.
Overall, great quality food, great service, and reasonable prices. Definitely one of my favorite burger spots. Highly recommend!

Quite literally, the BEST In-N-Out burger I’ve ever had. Best quality…no joke. I’ve been to hundreds of these places. This is the first time I felt like I was eating a burger from a commercial or advertisement. The bun was perfectly toasted, the grilled onions were just right, and the lettuce was crispy and refreshing! What a wonderfully balanced bite each time. Keep up the great work @ the Pleasanton location!

The longest wait for in n out I’ve ever experienced. We went during a lunch rush and had like 20 orders in front of us. Also they raised the prices which was a bit unexpected. The food was still quality tho. Top tier fast food dining got a 3×3 and a fry animal style with light onions.

This location is too packed regardless what time you went to order. That is same as their next door fast food restaurant chick fil a. Both of these fast food take about the majority of the parking spots.
Getting there right off the freeway can be challenging and heavy traffic.
When I order the food there is about 40 queues in front of me. That how packed it is and barely have space to wait inside.

I have been dining here for years. In-N-Out is my most favorite fast-food restaurant chain that exists. I like their Strawberry Ice Cream, Double-Double Cheeseburger and Fries and I get it everytime I visit and make trips to eat here. I have been taking my family, friends and cousins here and they love the food and atmosphere here. I enjoy going out with friends and myself to In-N-Out and enjoy the comfort food. Otherwise everything is great. I will always make more trips in the future just to gain pleasure with their food. Other than that, In-N-Out is a great place for me. I love it.

In spite of the huge crowd of young people inside, the drive-thru line was amazingly short and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the chaos inside was not impacting the service in the drive-through. And of course, consistently great food. As always.
