We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

We had one of our team members from work go pick up food and gave her a list with everyones names and their orders. They took the list and asked if we wanted them to separate everyones orders in separate bags and they also took the time to add their names and made it so much easier for us. I visited the IN N OUT establishment located in north Livermore Ca, and I ordered two cheeseburgers and waited very anxiously and excited, my order because they had recommended me to eat here, when they finally gave me my order, the smell and the presentation were very good and well I started to taste my cheeseburger and I was enjoying it to the fullest because the cheeseburger was delicious, when suddenly it occurred to me to open the cheeseburger to see the ingredients inside and omg I found a hair or facial hair in my cheeseburger I was frozen and wanted to teleport to another time and in another space at that moment because I had already eaten half of my cheeseburger and everything rich and delicious disappeared at that moment that’s right friends and followers a beautiful facial or hair in my cheeseburger this It’s not enough to stay cold Well cyber and galactic chuper friends and followers, this was another adventure in touring the earthly corners of the world ️

I had the so called protein burger with grilled onions and it was beyond gross. The patty paper thin , tiny diced onions and the grease was beyond gross. My lettuce was fresh thank goodness so it was able to hold the grease. It had to have been half cup of grease …… the fries are always COLD ! Not sure if I’ll eat there again . My stomach took awhile to recover from the grease. I was hungry and should’ve stopped !

In-N-Out is always so consistent. From the burgers, to the drinks, to even the layout of the restaurant. Therefore, it is hard to have a bad experience at In-N-Out. Their burgers are salty and savory to the perfect amount, but I think the fries could use some more flavor. The animal fries are good though. Another complaint I have is the cleanliness. It gets really busy and chaotic at In-N-Outs, especially when I went to this location, so employees don’t always have the time to focus on cleaning crumbs and spills off of the seats and tables. The employees are great at what they do, though. I had a great time stopping by on my way home from a road trip. 4/5.

My family and I have enjoyed the burgers and animal fries immensely. Service is courteous. Not too hard on the purse. But it was concerning to see rats running near the garbage bin very visible even near the drive-in. I have been here often but yesterday’s experience of seeing rats was something worrisome and makes me think twice before I visit again.

Is it just hype or is the food really good? The service is friendly and given the amount of customers it was very fast. They don’t skimp on the number of employees…it was great watching all the action. The burgers and fries are freshly made so it’s always delicious. What I love is the consistency of the food, regardless of location. Beyond the food, what sets In-N-Out is their customer service. Positive and friendly approach to customers…which is the opposite at most fast food restaurants.

Consistently serving cheap and fresh tasting hamburgers. Some of my favorite french fries, which can be made even better by adding melted cheese or having them made “Animal Style”. A wonderful selection of soft drinks and classic tasting milkshakes, In-N-Out makes shame of the old fashioned rule that things cant be quick, cheap, and good tasting all at the same time. For Californians and people who have frequented the West Coast, this should feel nostalgic. For anyone who hasn’t had the chance to taste it, In-N-Out will undoubtedly remain the one of the highlights of their trip to the Bay Area.
