Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

We had our first taste of in n out in San Jose and immediately fell in love with it! So when we were in San Francisco, we knew we had to find one. Thankfully there was one relatively near the hotel. If you’re travelling to the US, in n out burger is one of the best value meals that you could ever have! Furthermore, the food is actually really good. My top 3 cheeseburgers in the world. Their menu is really simple, just burgers, fries, drinks and some secret menu items. I always go for a double cheeseburger with fries. I like the pickle chili that they provide, it’s a nice palate cleanser but do note that it’s got quite a punch! Also if you’re visiting during lunch or dinner, expect long lines and some waiting time, but trust me, it’ll be worth it! P.s you can ask for their iconic paper hats to bring back as a souvenir!

I have been here many times for drive thru and inside, usually when I am in the area where I need a quick bite. The drive thru and when you order inside basically consumes the same amount of time unless if you go right when they open. At times the lines can be long but it does not bug me since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and understanding where I never encountered an issue at any of my visits. Their menu is simple, they offer burgers, fries and drinks. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me. This In-N-Out location is great, because it stands out from other fast food options. I highly recommend this place to all burger enthusiasts, to anyone in need of a quick bite just like me if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

My 4 international credit cards didn’t work during my layover in SFO, so Cole (the manager) paid the bill, that was shockingly kind of him and an extremely nice way of starting 2026. Cole kindness is contagious! All staff on this unit are amazingly friendly. Definitely coming back next time I touch soil in SF. Needless to say the burger and fries taste great here. You guys rock!

I ordered 2 Flying Dutchman and Animal Fries and paid $20, but they didn’t even include my Animal Fries. The lady at the window didn’t bother to double-check my order, just handed it over and rushed me off. How hard is it to make sure people actually get what they paid for? Terrible service they really need to pay more attention instead of wasting customers’ money.
