From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

This location has ongoing management and operational issues. Vehicles frequently cut into the drive-through line, and there appears to be little effort to manage traffic flow, which often causes congestion in the surrounding area. Order during peak hours is not well maintained, and customers do not consistently follow queue etiquette.
In addition, during busy meal times the food is often served cold, and the overall quality and taste are noticeably below that of nearby locations. There is clearly room for significant improvement in store management and service standards.

In-N-Out is always busy. However, I appreciate that they try to reduce wait times by creating three lines during peak hours. Although one of the staff made a mistake with my order, a senior employee quickly fixed it and apologized politely. The kids enjoyed the food.

In-N-Out is definitely a spot with delicious burgers. Though, I would argue that the fries aren’t my favorite. If done light well and done animal style, it would be a lot better. Employees are always kind and they work really hard to get the lines going. Parking can be difficult during peak meal times. That all said, while I enjoy an In-N-Out burger, I’ve gotten food poisoning twice from this location. :/

This In-N-Out location is one of the closest to SF, so it gets a fair amount of traffic coming down from the city, and is often quite busy.
It’s one of California’s most beloved chains, renowned for its secret menu and numerous customizations. I’d recommend getting a Double-Double and Fries, a pretty classic order. Their shakes are also good!

Ordered our meal on Sunday morning around 11 am before the crowd came. The burgers are really freshly made so there was a bit wait but it was totally worth it. Recommend grilled onions for the burger. Very clean and friendly staff.
