Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Stopped in while passing through and here’s the honest take:
The Animal Style Fries? Yeah, those hit.
Sauce, onions, cheese — that whole combo did what it needed to do. No complaints there.
But the burger… that’s where it fell off for me.
The patty just didn’t have much flavor, and the overall bite wasn’t giving what everybody hypes it up to be. Fresh ingredients, good presentation, but the taste didn’t match the reputation.
Service was cool, food came out fast, but the burger just wasn’t my thing this round.
Still glad I tried it, but it didn’t make my must-return list.

What a great experience. The service was spot on, the place was off the hook. Plenty of parking. The wait wasn’t much more than about 10 minutes for a to go order. This place was busier than Grand Central Station with the easily over 25 employees working. I should have got some pictures, I’ll go back this week and I’ll add to this review. If you want a really great burger at a really awesome price that blows their competition out of the water go here. The menu is real simple but they have like a secret type menu. Prices are awesome, the place was clean. I got 3 4/4 burgers and a couple of double cheeseburgers for somewhere around 50 plus bucks, I’ll spend that easily at their competition, this food was flavorful and fresh. Not what you see on TV where it looks all amazing and then you get the burger and it’s all flat and sad and disgusting looking. Out to go order looked like a donut box with all the burgers neatly sitting next to one another, I couldn’t have been more impressed! A plus all the way around.

I texted my mom my order to show the cashier what I wanted. The cashier “Jaime MA” order 94 at 403pm 1/16/26, told my mom that there is no Flying Dutchman medium combo with a coke. it’s just the sandwich only. So my mother didn’t know and I only got the sandwich and no fries . Is this the only location that doesn’t have that combo? He already rang the order and said it was too late to change the order. Plus my mom’s burger was burnt and no we don’t want a refund. People have a right to express themselves on awkward service. Take accountability. My day isn’t ruined don’t worry lol. Please retrain him so this doesn’t happen again. Thank u .

They have the nicest people working at this location. As always, In-N-Out does a lot of business, but even when the line is down the block they are SO good at keeping the line moving, while also being so polite. Def recommend if you’re ever in Bakersfield and you’re craving a double-double.

The interior seems similar no matter which store you go to. The food is also good. There’s always a line, so it’s a bit hard to get a seat. They have animal-style burgers and fries, but they’re not on the menu. It’s a secret menu item, so you’ll have to ask politely.
