Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Whether if you are dining in or going through the drive thru they will get you served and on your way. We enjoy the burgers “protein style” which is without the bun to avoid gluten. The fries are always fresh and you can see them slicing the potatoes just before putting them in the fryer. The milkshakes are also really good! The customer service is absolutely great!

First time back to California since October, and I had to bring my daughter to In N Out fit lunch after we got into town. When I used to live here, it was always packed no matter what time. Today was not as bad at all but still had 12 people in front of us before we got called for our food. I love a good in n out burger even though i don’t eat beef.
Service was good and good was good. As we were eating, the place got super in both the drive thru and inside. The parking is not that great but it’s due to all of the other shops around them. The person parked next to me was getting their car looked at by the shop next door while I was trying to get into my car.

In and out knows to get the job done, unbelievably good, in fact unbelievably great, the burgers especially double double are just delicious, fries super hot fresh made from the frier, it did burn me a little but it was fricking worth it, there’s always so much people but that’s because it’s very popular, customer service is incredible they ask politely for your order, and call you when it’s ready like how could you go wrong? I’m definitely coming back. Thanks In n Out.

What you see is a number 1, minus onions, extra animal style sauce and a flying Dutchman, which I put inside the burger to create a 4 patty burger.
The drink is always a pink lemonade and I add salt to the fries.
I also get a couple of ketchups.
I like that this place is a Christian franchise and you can see that evidenced by the scriptures hidden on the containers food and drink are served in.

In and out provides the best quality and quantity in regards to fast food hands down. Compared to the other options in town, In and Out Rocks!!! Especially in taste and quality. PLEASE don’t change In and Out.

Austin and Amarissa were very inconsiderate managers. After I addressed my concerns, they refused to come out and handle the situation in a professional manner. I waited over an hour in line and specifically stated that I wanted fresh food due to the wait, yet I was still given cold food. To make matters worse, no apology was ever extended by either manager. Completely unacceptable—do better! Karen was the only one that had great customer service when being addressed with the problem. Maybe she should be manager since the others don’t have the qualifications.

As a first time visitor of In-N-Out chain., I must say this fast food chain really surprises me. Super friendly staff and clean toilets. The burger patty was unique!! We got the cheese burger and really enjoyed them!
