Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

This location is a drive through and take-out only restaurant. We attended here based on the recommendation of someone who really liked their food. The place was extremely busy which was a good sign. The drive through was packed. Burgers and fries were very good. Service was fast and the employees were exceptionally friendly despite their busyness.

Thank god they had a working, clean, well stocked bathroom. This is pretty much a drive-thru place. There are literally like 4 individual seats inside, so not a place for families to dine-in. The staff were all very nice. I would come back for a “to-go” meal.

Always a great burger and fries you can always count on them to be consistent. Love that they have someone standing outside to take your order instead of having to talk into a box. The line went pretty fast. My dog got a pup Patty. They make a plain hamburger without any salt. She loved it!

Every single time I get drive thru (BEFORE lunch rush) the kid on the mic gets my order wrong. I ask them to repeat and I have to correct them. I get to pay and then drive off and the order is wrong. I have to proceed to go back and get it right and they look at me and question if I ordered right. Today was the third time and I’m never going to this location again because it’s a headache. Food is good, but not worth going, waiting, paying, leaving and then starting over because it’s wrong.

It’s a common practice in this location to serve completely cold coffee on take outs, not even slightly warm, so you know it was brewed hours ago, they take our information about the coffee in the line and they have plenty of time to brew it until the person pulls up to the window or at least say-‘we don’t have it at the moment’ . Why should I pay for something that I will 200% will throw away. That’s a shame on this location because this practice is very common here. It’s not about the $ but about the disrespect. I want to see them drinking it at that temperature-it’s nasty. In and out makes extra millions of $$$ on selling coffee/year, so if they really did not want to sell it-they would get rid of it.

My cousin and I were in the area and we stopped by the In-N-Out in Laguna Niguel, just off the 5 freeway at the Avery Parkway exit on Camino Capistrano.
I was surprised to see this smaller location. This location has two (2) lines. There was a young gentleman taking orders on the right lane while orders on the left lane were taken from the speaker.
As expected, the lines were normally long – just as you’d find other locations during lunch hour. They had a steady flow of customers going in and out of the restaurant, as well as in the drive thru.
The service was great from when we placed our orders, making our payments, and receiving our orders.
We ordered 3 cheeseburgers for our party with well-done fries and “Lemon-Up”. We all enjoyed our burgers in their lot.
I was impressed with how tidy the trash bins were. There were no red trays in sight and no trash on the floor.
Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch from In-N-Out and would happily stop by again the next time I’m in town.
