What can I say that every location is just as good as the next. Burgers are cooked perfectly made to order and just taste great.

The restaurant and the bathroom are all very very clean.
A prayer did take a little bit longer than normal

Amazing experience at this location’s In-N-Out Burger. The staff were beyond nice and friendly. An elderly gentleman kept checking on us and was asking how he could make our experience better. I had never received such a welcoming service at any fast food location.
The food was just it should be. No long queues and wait times. There were also plenty of chairs and tables to sit on.
I would highly recommend everyone to visit this location!

The only draw back is parking.
Be careful to not park where you will be blocked by cars that are at the drive-thru.
Workers directing traffic during busy hours would be helpful, especially when the parking lot is icy like it was when I was last there.

Great location, fast friendly service, plenty of parking. Elena was our cashier and she was stellar. Would definitely go a bit out of our way to come back to this in n out.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The hamburgers were absolutely delicious, and the vegetables were so fresh. All of the staff members were very kind, but we especially want to mention the gentleman who was managing the dining area. He gave us the most outstanding service, speaking to us in simple and gentle English with a warm smile, which made us, as Japanese visitors, feel very comfortable. Both my children and I truly loved him!

We were so excited to try the brand new In-n-out burger and brought all the kids for a treat! The parking lot was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly from the moment we entered the building. Our order was placed easily and without error and our food came quickly! Everything was perfect! The best part of our dining experience was that we were having a difficult time with some of our kids and even spilled a drink, and Tamara came over and gave my husband and me some reassuring words and really made our day with her kindness. She is such a gem and her patience and grace really meant a lot to us today! We are grateful for such a family friendly business in our area and will definitely be back!

This in n out is terrible. The girl HANNAH at the window needs to stop talking so much and work to get the food out and customers out. I went for my lunch break and did not have time to enjoy it since she likes to chat so much instead of doing her job. It’s not even the first time that I have gone and they take forever because they dont work or they got my order wrong or they dont give me the spread or utensils I ask for. The poor customer service is terrible and should be looked into. Im just not going to go to the one in san juan I rather go to the one in laguna niguel. Shocking how san juan has a bigger in n out and move slower then the one in laguna niguel. Go somewhere else then this in n out, too many kids that dont want to work.

Store #399 is the most beautiful and unique IN-N-OUT yet. They have hitching posts in the front for locals who have horses and want to ride over to get the world’s best burger. They also have a little wooden bridge that takes you right to the Los Rios District and The Mission in downtown San Juan Capistrano. If you haven’t been here yet, you must put it on your list to come visit.
