Conveniently located right off the 215 FWY off Van Buren Blvd. and Opportunity Way by the 76 Gas Station with plenty of parking and dual drive-thru.
I was driving by and noticed it wasn’t busy so I drove through expecting a fast visit. There was only one car ahead of me, but I still waited about 15 minutes for my meal.
I ordered a ‘Double-Double with Animal Fries and Strawberry Shake’. The bread was a bit over toasted, and the shake was actually warm by the time it got to me. Regardless, I still enjoyed my meal. Ingredients were fresh. Employees were friendly and apologetic for the wait time.
I enjoy that In-N-Out offers your meal in a box so that you can comfortably eat in your car.
Overall, I had a decent experience at this location and will return.

Food is consistently good. Customization is not always on point. I do not order “tiktok specials”… just extra lettuce or adding whole grilled onion… but sometimes they still get it wrong.

Very annoyed. How is it hard to add chilies to a animal style frie and give a fork with said fries. No napkins either even after asking for all these items. This location continues to disappoint. Out of all the In-N-Out places I’ve been to I can honestly say that this location had the best service, and freshest food. Fries were still hot and the burger was not salty at all unlike the others I’ve been getting in other states. Shout out to Wanda, whom was my cashier! She’s such a sweetheart and when I was waiting for my food I’ve seen her go around and greet other customers and asked if they were doing ok. She even grabbed their finished plates. She even checked on me and hooked me up with stickers and a bag for the shirts I purchased to bring back home to Washington State! Awesome customer service Wanda!

This is a newer location in the area, but it’s on an extremely busy road leading to the freeway. They’re super quick and responsive. I like the fact that there’s two lines coming into the drive-thru, the food is always spot on, staff is always friendly and welcoming. I prefer to make the extra four minute drive to this location versus the other down the road.

My only complaint was customer service. We barely had opened the door when Armando behind the counter starts telling us to hurry up and order because he has to go attend the drive thru. We were so taken back because we barely walked in and was greeted that way is annoying. And when we do get to the counter and ask if we can order and he does a weird gesture and points to his lips, which is absolutely rude. Please put him in the back away from customers so no one else has to deal with his rudeness.

This is a brand new, beautiful store, but the bathroom was slightly disgusting. The food and the service are what they always are (magnificent), but the restroom could use a little attention. Also, despite it being a brand new location, the parking lot is not particularly well thought-out. Use caution getting in and out.

I’ve never been a In-N-Out burger fan, but lately, I’ve gone there times in the last couple of months than any other time in my life. The reason is probably because they offer great value and the variety of ways you can get their burgers (off the menu). The workers also have a great attitude, and a willingness to help you. In another note, If they would move away from the unhealthy oil they use to fry, they would really be a great franchise.
