From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

Food came out quickly and it was delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted and the bun was toasted perfectly. The onions were golden and the meat was so juicy. The store was really clean. A worker named Dakota offered to throw out my trash for me. Everyone was super sweet. I highly recommend this store!

BY FAR THEEE WORST, AND I DO MEAN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERRRRR RECIEVED FROM IN N OUT!!!!!!!
From the moment my order was taken it was WRONG. And I knew it was wrong because the total was SKY HIGH.
It took so long to be corrected at the window, by the time it was fixed my FOOD WAS COLD.
Me being courteous instead of holding up the line I pulled around to the front because i just had a FEELING, something was incorrect.
Flying Dutchman – no onions
Fries – cold – tossed upside down in the bag (i wish i hadve taken photos)
Drink – flat
Double double – surprisingly fine
I go inside and explain what’s wrong. Already livid and irritated atp. I explain just to refund me for the Flying Dutchman, and give me fresh fries I’d like to go home before my food gets cold.
He gives me new fries, COLD, soft and barely maybe a handful in the container like they’ve been tossed in also. That was the final straw. I brought the entire order in and got my money back.
It’s no reason you guys should be making that many mistakes. Especially when at the hour i came it wasn’t busy!!!!!!
The manager Amirada was very dismissive which is another reason i won’t be going back. I wish i got the name of the young kid who took my order but if he’s there OR that night crew you might want to find somewhere else to eat!

Honestly it wasn’t as good as I remembered but still tasty and enjoyed. We got them #animalstyle but I think my son and I still prefer #shakeshack.

This is the first location I’ve been to in my life that had a security guard. The area is not great and full of rowdy teens and scary homeless. The line was long but went fast. The prices have gone up significantly which is very sad. The gentleman Christopher taking our order was nice professional and helpful. When arriving to the payment window we were met by Ray. Ray was very pleasant and confirmed our order before charging us. They do offer free hot chocolate to kids on rainy days. Our food was hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and delicious and our burgers super juicy and full of yummy flavors. The animal style burger is definitely my jam. The lemonade is nice and tart very refreshing. The sodas had plenty of carbonation. They have public bathrooms with trafficking hotline numbers inside the stalls. They have plenty of seating inside and out. Ten out of ten recommend this location maybe just go early to avoid shady characters.

As much as I love in and out i am sad to say the first time I received fries that were extremely salty. The second time I’ve come, the patty was raw I had to toss my food. 🙁 I had friends over so I did not look at my food before I ate but as soon as I looked it was red still.

Update: I went back to In-N-Out again, as I said I would in my original review. When I was giving my order I requested a well done burger. When the young lady asked if I wanted anything else, I told her again I wanted the burger well done, and why (due to previous experience stated in og post). She was really polite, as was I. She placed my order through the mic, “4 patties well done”. Ah, she did her job! The burgers were great! Thank you to the awesome employee who “listened” and did her job! I also updated my stars.

I love In-N-Out burgers and have always thought they produce a quality product for the price. However, on last my visit the meat on my burger was not fully cooked. I order my food to go so I’m already home when I discover this. I was not a happy camper! This has never happened before, so I will go back, but I will check my order before I leave.

I recently made my pilgrimage to In-N-Out, lured by the siren song of their legendary burgers. Upon arrival, the place was packed, like a Black Friday sale, but for taste buds. As I stood in line, I pondered life’s big questions: single or double-double, animal style or not? Important decisions, folks.
The staff was friendly and efficient, moving with the precision of a well-oiled burger-flipping machine. When my order finally arrived, I felt like Charlie unwrapping his golden ticket, but instead of a chocolate factory, I was entering burger heaven.
The first bite was a revelation. The burger was juicy, the cheese perfectly melted, and the secret sauce? It’s so secret that even my taste buds were trying to decipher its delicious code. The fries, though, left a bit to be desired—more like potato sticks with commitment issues. If only they were as good as their burger counterparts, I’d be giving this review an extra star.
One note: eating an In-N-Out burger in your car is a skill that should be included on resumes. I managed to drop sauce on my shirt and fries in places I didn’t know fries could go. Next time, I’ll bring a bib and a dustpan.
In-N-Out, you may not be perfect, but you’re pretty darn close. Four stars for you and one for my dry cleaner.

I was leaving out of Sam’s and seen a man who looked so sad and defeated as if he was ready to exit this world. I asked him how he was doing and if he was okay. I knew he wasn’t. I asked him if he was hungry. He said yes. I said I’m going to pack my stuff in my car meet me by in and out and I’ll get you whatever you want to eat. It had to be about a minute or two and I pull up to in and out and couldn’t find him. Their employees made him leave the premises. I don’t know how yall have bible scriptures under the cups but are so mean and evil to people who are less fortunate. He was not loitering. He was waiting for me for just a minute or two. I drove around for 30 minutes looking for him and couldn’t find him. I really hope yall employees didn’t push that man over his limit. I wish he would’ve just came back to me and I would’ve took him to another establishment to get him some food. Do better and be better in and out. He is still a human being.

I have had a few times where I go and they forgot items from our order. I recently went with my pups and they asked if we wanted apup patty we said yes and the patties came in container covered with grilled onions. I had to pick it off literally pretty sure that’s worse than salt on them… I ended up not giving it to my dogs out of fear of them you know dying.
