Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Always love the In-N-Out! Is it crowded, long lines and parking kinda sucks? Yup! Most people are smart enough to go at better times or expect and love it regardless, like me! Where else can you be in a packed dining room and feel like you are with friends? Everyone sharing their common love! For 50 years and counting, I’ve yet to get the wrong order. Btw, if you haven’t tried their pink lemonade…give it a shot and thank me later!

My review is low because I asked for a flying Dutchman and I got 3patties with cheese and no onions. Line too long in the inside and out. Will reach out to manager. Usually my order is correct but not sure what happened. Its them just giving me meat and cheese smh. Forgot to add no sauce either

The staff is friendly and incredibly efficient. The location is clean. Parking can be challenging as the lot is a bit on the small side for the number of customers that visit.

Gets 3 stars because of the horrible drive thru backing up problem and the parking lot situation. The line for the drive thru gets so long that it flows into the street, it blocks your ability to get in and park. You have to come in from behind and use the ally and even then if the back part of the lot is full it is easier just to park in the dirt area behind and walk if you can. My wife and i are handicapped and can’t do that unfortunately so we have to either do the drive thru or try and fight to get to the handicapped spots. Food is always great.

The slowest, and least efficient In & Out I’ve ever been to. They’re slow despite appearing fully staffed. The one woman with blush on her cheeks and nose was the only one who appeared to know what was going on. Several lazy employees while the one woman with blush did everything from running the counter, yelling out order numbers, carrying food outside, teaching one of the other employees, and cleaning up spilt food on the counter. If there were more of her behind that counter, this restaurant could have the potential to be one of the better ones.

As a family we usually order to eat in the car but this time we saw it wasn’t not as busy (Mother’s Day weekend) which is very rare! So we decided to eat in. Which we never do! Honestly with two under two and post partum I was a bit nervous. As we all know In n out workers are usually nice BUT RUBEN, My man Ruben. He was SO attentive as soon as we walked in! Made us feel comfortable immediately! Exactly the kind of employee that puts in n out customer service on the forefront of this industry. Thanks Ruben!!

This is the newest In-N-Out in Salt Lake. Talked with several of the staff and WOW… were they ever nice and helpful. We had just traveled 31 straight hours from Pennsylvania for an event in S.L. stopped in for lunch and talked to an employee named John taking care of the dining area.
