The new In-n-Out on Lugonia St is very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. The employees are awesome and work together well. The food was delicious and for the price you can’t go wrong. I just love it when the fries are made nice and hot and that they are. I really love eating the double double with there hot French fries. I leave a happy camper. My tummy thanks me when we leave. This place is the best!!!!

In-N-Out is always good…that’s why I tolerate the wait over here. At the end of the day, driving farther away to another location just gives the illusion of time saved.
So good for others that they will park their car in an EV spot when there is plenty of parking for regular cars.

This is the ONLY In-N-Out location that has ever gotten our order wrong and MULTIPLE TIMES no less. Worst location by far and I don’t say that lightly having been a fan for 15+ years having dined hundreds of times in Orange County, San Diego and Inland Empire locations. This place just flat out sucks. Period. And all we ordered was a single fry and a PLAIN burger. An order so simple a monkey could do it, seriously. Get it together!

I am British and have never been to in-N-Out Burger. It certainly lived up to the hype! I liked how clean the premises were. The burgers are delicious and well presented. I wasn’t so sure if the fries were at the same standard. I would love to return and recommend to all that are interested.

Their service was good, but the first person that took my order got my order wrong, and I corrected her. When I went to pay, they reviewed the order with me and everything sounded correct, but when I got home, I realized they forgot to give me a plain cheeseburger for my 5 year old son and they gave me a lettuce protein burger wrap instead, so they gave me the order just the way the first person that took my order got it, they never corrected my order, even though I corrected them and told them exactly how I needed it for my family. So I had to cut one plain cheese burger that they did give me in half for both my 5 and 7 year olds, they were bummed out that they didn’t get a full cheeseburger. I didn’t go back because I was really tired. Other than this, the food tasted good and they were friendly.

When they say it’s the worst in n out in the IE, they’re not lying. Orders are always mediocre here. Been three times to try to level the score but each time it gets worse and worse. Green spot location is better. Always ask for meat well done and here it is lol
