Lovely staff and a kinetic atmosphere can’t save this place from the absolute garbage food they serve.
You would think that if there’s 10 people in front and 10 behind you in line, that the food would be fresh.
Not the case.
Fries tasted stale and flopped like my uncle in a swimming pool. No crisp or snap at all, and though the oil wasn’t burnt, I didn’t necessarily want to taste nothing but it.
Burgers were only ok. Assembled poorly, way too thick of an onion (I did ask for onion so no points lost for that ) and meat doesn’t fill the half toasted bun.
I’d avoid this place for life. Can’t believe I’m saying this but McDonalds is a better choice.

Worst In-N-Out ever. We were in the drive through, two cars cut the lane, the staff didn’t do anything and we were being told “there’s nothing I can do about it” We tried to tell her to split the order, but she didn’t hear it and blamed us “you should’ve told me in advance” which we clearly said in the very beginning. And she messed up all our orders, mixing grilled onions with regular onions, and even missed a fries completely which I don’t know how it happened honestly.

Service was pretty good here. The cashier that took our order was friendly and courteous. The food took a few minutes, which was surprising. They were very busy, hardly any seats left in the dining in area.
We got the double double combo and the cheeseburger combo, both with animal style fries. Everything came out tasting good and fresh.
There was also an employee that walked around the dining area keeping it clean. Throwing trash away and wiping down tables.
We left happy and likely will be back soon.

When we miss In-N-Out, it’s better to sit and relax rather than rushing to go! To be honest, it’s always nice to eat there because they offer the same meal we get, a cheeseburger with grilled onions, fries, and a vanilla shake. The best part is, even if you’re craving it late, you can still get their burgers, fries, and shakes and really affordable . I hope they can clean the tables so it is it more appealing and remember it is not as fast food because they are always busy.

My favorite burger place! Got my double cheese burger with animal style and French fries with spread. Same as other branches, the drive-in queue is long, actually not many people dine in. Easy to find tables even though we have a group of 7 people.

I really can’t review this place based on food taste since I only got myself a shake. I will say that the drive thru entrance needs to be re routed to prevent back up at the entrance to the parking lot from the street.
I live in a Northern CA town and they do a great job of making sure that the drive thru line does not impact the traffic on the street at the entrance. I was appalled at how long it took us to get to a parking spot from mira mesa.

Service was very friendly as always. I ordered four burgers and two fries and each item had their own customizations. Only issues with service and food were the missed customizations on 2 of the burgers (wanted them regular style with grilled sliced onions but received animal style instead). Other than that, the atmosphere isn’t the greatest since it’s pretty small and most of the tables are either taken up or too small for any more than two guests at once. Still beats any other fast-food cheeseburger hands down! I love In-N-Out ❤️
