Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Everyone talks about In-N-Out when visiting the West Coast and we were not disappointed, got the feeling by the younger well trained for customer service staff that I was in a 50s hamburger and shake diner. I also wondered how they kept the place so pristine with all the greasy hamburgers and fries they were slinging to in person customers and the drive thru. I used AI to figure out what to order since there is a menu other than what is displayed to get you food a certain way. I ordered a 3×3 animal style, well done fries and Neapolitan shake. The Neapolitan shake was a bit over the top and the well done fries are hard, more like potatoe sticks, so next time I’ll get a double protein style, fries animal style and an unsweetened iced tea;)

Living on the East Coast, I always miss In-N-Out, so I had to stop by as soon as I got the chance. I got a Double-Double with both kinds of onions, animal style, plus animal style fries—and it hit the spot exactly how I remembered.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast even though the place was busy. Nothing beats that classic In-N-Out taste. Friendly staff, clean spot, and overall just the perfect West Coast comfort meal.

At around 8:30pm today the girl at the drive thru second window gave my food to the car in front of me. The car started driving away and she waved the car down to return. The car reversed and told the guy she gave him the wrong order. She then tells me “it’s ok he didn’t touch it, your food is in the bag”. Was she inside the car with him to visualize this? Was he coughing? Did he stick his hand inside the bag? He obviously had to look thru the bag to check the items as the bag is not sealed. SHE JUST GAVE ME THE SAME BAG THIS OTHER PERSON ALREADY HAD INSIDE HIS CAR. This is so UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING considering the high cases of influenza and norovirus in CA. She didn’t even offer to give me a new meal. I threw that food away. I’ve never had an experience like this at any In-N-Out as they are always above and beyond with their service. I’m never returning to this location again.

Decided to treat my Son for lunch so we chose In-N-Out Burger. We were greeted immediately and politely to place our order. Our greeter was very energetic and made us feel both welcomed and appreciated. The food was prepared promptly and everything was phenomenal. The place was spotless including the restroom. I’m looking forward to my next visit here. I highly recommend this place with no reservations. Dine here and you’ll be thanking me. Like a majority of In-N-Outs, parking is a pain in the butt. But once we finally got into the parking lot and got a spot, we could relax a little bit. Inside wasn’t busy around the time we went (the drive thru was horrible). We ordered our food and it came out fairly quickly. Service was great- patient, excellent workers. Environment was clean- no complaints there. I ordered a hamburger with no onions and tomato with animal fries. Delicious. I, also, ordered the hot chocolate for the first time and it was hit with us. We really enjoyed it
