Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

The burger was absolutely delicious I definitely understand the hype! However, I found the fries to be very disappointing. Possibly it was because ours were cold and they’d be better hot. All in all, still great and the best fast food burger out there.

So the ratings for most satisfied Employees of 2022 came out in a Forbes article, and In&Out Burger employees were at near the top of the list. I thought, “something good must happen there!” I read up on I&O and discovered everything is freshly prepped and prepared there, including the fries, where they take a whole potato and put it through the cutting mechanism to get them fry size! ~And so, I decided to take the plunge on a remarkably value priced cheeseburger combo meal(8.73$) On another rainy day in America’s Finest, I did wait 15 mins in drive through, but not being in a hurry, it was fine. The burger was very good for a fast food burger. I added extra pickles and the tomato was perfect! ~The toasted bun was what added the extra to my burger. The fries were merely warm, not piping hot, and they were ok. Probably hot, they would have tasted better. Not a problem for me because I was really there for the burger. I will honestly not go back since I do prefer Burger Lounge grass fed smash burgers, but I really wanted the “I tried a CA Icon Burger” experience and it was decent!

The burgers were delicious every time, whichever style we went for. The fries are fresh but the taste wasn’t amazing for us, so the next time I had my fries animal style and they were so good. Shakes are super thick and tasty. Really good price as well. Can’t wait to be back on the west coast to have more!

Ordered a double double animal style combo. Get the fries animal style because they are fresh cut potatoes and flash fried, so they don’t have a massive punchy flavor. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. Right up there with five guys and shake shack, maybe better. Definitely pop in if you’re in Cali. Don’t worry about the massive amount of people and long lines, they move quickly.

The staff were so polite. Seems like they are used to tourists and asking questions of where they’re from etc. Particularly this guy at the register he was just so kind. They were giving stickers and coloring books to kids. The food was excellent and the fries were crisp. Glad we stopped !

Fast food burgers at its best. Quality, inexpensive hamburgers that taste great. Okay, so this…and frankly every In-N-Out I’ve been to…is always super busy. This location separates vehicles into 2 lanes, and the line is still out on the street at almost any time of the day. With good reason. It’s not a gourmet hamburger, but you won’t find a better fast food burger. And even though it’s a simple menu, a lot can be said for never getting my order wrong.

I mean it’s a staple. But the service sucked and the place was filthy. Took an hour to get food after ordering. Seemed like they can’t do drive thru and sit in folks at the same time effectively. But sure swing by to get a west coast staple. Burger was juicy and well prepared.
