The Double-Double burger was absolutely amazing, tasted great and fresh, but the burgers are on the smaller side compared to so.e other burger joints so choose accordingly here depending on how hungry you are. I was pleasantly surprised at the great value, it’s generally so expensive to eat out anymore but the price of a Double Cheeseburger, fries & an ice water was only about $10 including taxes.
The fries were excellent as well, not dripping in oil like so many often area, and just the right amount of crispy outside with the soft inside. Paired with their ketchup, these fries hit the spot too. (Oh, and ask about the secret menu items too)
I did dine in on this visit and the wait was relatively short at about 6:30 pm, but I noticed the drive-thru was quite backed up (out into the road) so plan accordingly. They seemed to be handling the flow very well so I believe this is a normal, expected traffic flow for them. Plenty of staff inside to get orders out as quickly as possible.
The staff was all really friendly which was nice, you don’t see that as often now days maybe so kudos to management/HR for recognizing & hiring friendly smiling faces.
I’ll definitely be back here!

As like most locations, the line was very long, so we had to go back around to get in the drive through line. Luckily, it moved fairly quickly. Good food and service.

This is an excellent place that always maintains impeccable service and delicious freshness. Just be aware that it gets very crowded during peak hours. But it’s worth every single second of the wait.

I went in with a couple friends last weekend and honestly had a pretty good time. The burger was juicy and had that nice char-grilled flavor, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings either. Fries were pretty good too, kinda crispy on the outside which I like a lot. The place felt clean and the staff was friendly, even if it was a little busy. Prices seemed fair for what you get. I’d probably come back again when I’m craving a solid hamburger. Overall a nice little spot, nothing too fancy but it hits the spot.

It is my favourite in-and-out in town; every time I came to San Diego I would come back to this place. A lot of good memories there and always want my double cheeseburger with animal style. Some parking space available but always easily blocked by the drive-in queue. Tons of people do drive-in, actually you could still find tables inside the restaurant.
