They’re 99% accurate every time—food is always delicious and exactly the same as expected. The one time I think I got an onion on my burger when I didn’t ask for it… no big deal at all. Everything else has always been on point.

UPDATE: Great, not good! I keep coming back. I have studied up, read the threads. Some think you just have to accept the fries, like they are a package. “If you really like In-N-out you will eat their fries!” Some say it’s because they only fry them once, others blame the oil. I don’t care, they suck and I don’t really like fries anyways so instead I just order two double doubles! Animal style and one regular. Awesome burgers all day every day!
Good, not great. Fries are weak. Amazing machine, employees are responsive and fast and friendly. Fun to experience but sooooo hyped.
