When in California, I have to get me my inn and out fix . I’ve had many inn n out over the years from Denver, Colorado to Las Vegas, Nevada and Ontario, California. I came here from out of town (Toronto, Canada). The place was busy and was packed with people waiting for their orders. The place was overly crowded and there were line up of cars at the drive through. The worker greeted me and took my order. The food took about half hour to about and hour to be ready. I ordered a regular hamburger with animal style, a regular size vanilla milk shake, and animal style fries. When I got my food it was fresh and tasty . I would definitely come back if the opportunity arises in the future. I will recommend this place to anyone in the San Deigo area. Can’t wait for inn n out to open in Tennessee and hopefully in the North East Of the United States.

My family and I stopped at this location on our way home from a trip.. The store was busy and every staff member there was working their hardest to get the orders out. One person in particular, “Jazzy” was taking orders but mainly calling out customer numbers. Even though she was busy moving getting orders out she still found a time to greet every customer that came in. She would speed walk to the back for supplies, stock the front, call numbers, clean, pick up trash with a huge smile. I talked to her before we left and let her know that I was observing her for about 30 minutes and was amazed on how fast she was working. Keep up the great work Jazzy.

The main st inn n out is the best one me and my wife have been. Their staff is super friendly and attentive. Served with a smile and eager to help. You guys rock! Need a tip jar guys!

Food is always good, but the customer service needs work at this location. The teamwork is a bit off and as a customer you can feel the awkward tension. They missed condiments even when asked for. Definitely not what I’m used to when it comes to an In n Out.

Yesterday I was at this branch and I was sadly surprised by how dirty the tables were, and the worst part was the bathroom, with piles of toilet paper everywhere. It’s the first time I’ve seen anything like this at this branch, or even at any of the company’s branches. I hope they pay attention to the cleanliness.!
