This is very highly-rated In-N-Out location with 4.7/5 stars. It’s definitely a good location, with a surprisingly easy-to-find parking despite how busy it is and a very hospitable crew.
My brother and I stopped here after going to see Black Flag at The Glass House in Pomona. He ordered an animal-style double-double with fries, and I ordered a Flying Dutchman and a tomato-wrapped cheeseburger.
Everything was cooked to standard and was good. I’d never had either of these burger variations before, but I definitely preferred the Flying Dutchman, despite it being quite messy to eat. The tomato-wrapped burger was OK, but it kind of revealed the quality of In-N-Out’s tomatoes to me—they were flavorless and just tasted like water.
Overall, it was a good experience. Still, it’s difficult for me to give fast food above 4 stars because I have to weigh it against all my other reviews (of which there are more than 1,000), and In-N-Out simply isn’t going to beat Michelin-rated Thai restaurants or €5 pizzas in Naples, Italy.

During this visit at In-N- Out, around 10:34pm on a late Sunday night to be exact, I placed an order with an employee who went by the name “Drake”, he joyfully matched our positive and joyous spirit. As I finished my order, I took a quick visit to the restroom to cleanse my hands. When completing my short refreshment in the restroom, I encountered a situation that was unintentionally my mistake. I thought I had mentioned my allergies for the spread & asked for my cheeseburger to be delivered without the delicious spread. I had requested Drake if it was possible to be remade with the spread removed. He cheerfully agreed and prepared it freshly & even brought it to me. Afterwards, Drake took a beautiful portrait with us !! Drake is a considerate and respectful man ! 10/10 experience, we need more team leaders such as Drake within all food industries! Thank you Drake!

This place has always been a booming place. The lines can be long all the way out onto the street. Parking lot full. But burgers flying out of the place like no other. The service is as quick as you can humanly get. The food is always great quality. The place is clean. Delightful to eat in even if it’s packed full. Always manage to find a place to sit if I go inside. Usually at this one my parents and I would go to this drive through many times and we always enjoyed our food and appreciated the speed and quality of the service.

I ordered extra tomato. But there were absolutely no extra tomato slices in the burger, and the slices were even smaller than usual. This happened repeatedly. I suspect the staff did it on purpose. Compared to other In-N-Out restaurants, this place has poor food quality and service. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly awful.

My husband and I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and two cheese fries. When we got home, we discovered chunks of meat inside one of the grilled cheese sandwiches (see photo). We’re both vegetarians, so this wasn’t just a mix-up. It was a serious breach of trust and food safety.
It appears someone in the kitchen may have started preparing a cheeseburger, realized the mistake, and made the poor judgment call to remove the meat and serve the sandwich anyway. That kind of decision shows a lack of understanding about food safety and dietary restrictions.
This is not about being picky. For people with dietary needs, whether vegetarian, religious, or allergy-related, cross-contamination matters. Once meat has been part of the dish, it is no longer suitable. Assuming otherwise can be harmful and dismissive.
Thankfully, customer assistance handled the situation professionally and reimbursed our meal, which we truly appreciate. We are sharing this experience to raise awareness and encourage more thoughtful handling of dietary-specific orders in the future.

I mean in and out is always good burgers decent fries and whatever drink you like to drink with your little sides of jalapenos or the sauce and etc etc it’s pretty much the same basic with in and out man it’s never really any problems the order has gotten correct this time and it was actually delicious so I would recommend it out anytime for anybody that likes in and out you can’t go wrong with that kind of burger

I am a huge fan of In-N-Out. First time having it in a couple years. Two double doubles were increíble. Asked for fries well done and they were perfect. My cousin got the 3×3 which looked massive. Food came out rapidly and the staff is always so nice. A great experience as always.
