Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Of course good food and quality, at that. It would have been nice to have been greeted at the drive-through speaker, phone rather than waiting 3-4min before being greeted; my experience was at 11pm. The location has illegal U-turns everywhere making it very, inconvenient to enter the drive-through. I think parking somewhere and then walking is a potential smarter strategy. If you can go to a different, In-N-Out, I would recommend a different location. But in an emergency, it’ll do.

Awesome original architecture before the company got big. Feels like a 1950’s walk -up soft serve eatery. Super retro and cool . Geek out on the tiny bathroom that feels like an airplane bathroom. Lol. Awesome customer service except the fly vent air conditioner at the order window was super annoying. Also retro. Go there in your retro car and take selfies .

This is the first time I’ve been to an In and Out, and also my first day in California. Despite the employees getting rained on by the leaking roof during a tropical storm, they were managing it in good spirits! Photo shows water dripping on his face and his hat was wet.

This In-n-out isn’t that good, but it’s not that bad either. The service is fine but for some reason the food I receive is always just not as fresh as other In-n-outs. The burgers don’t look as enticing and the fries look like they have been sitting around for awhile. I would choose a different In-n-out if possible. If not, you’ll be ok I guess.

Don’t go to this location!!!! Horrible service, this location is being ran by monkeys it seems like. Went there today and the drive thru girl standing outside failed to take our order, not sure how she missed us but she did and we had to ask her to please take our order (she than said oh I forgot to take your order) lol I swear I’ve been to many In-N-Outs n have always had amazing service and food. This is literally the worst In-N-Out I’m going to reach out to corporate and let them know. This location should be avoided. On top of taking my order late and skipping us she took the wrong order and it had to be corrected. It was so frustrating. The lettuce on our burgers were soggy.

OMG…We loved this location in Azusa, CA. Outdoor dining only. 2 bathrooms. Very clean. We drove through but ate at the outdoor tables. Great food of,course.
