In-N-Out is one of those places that truly lives up to the hype. From the moment you pull into the drive-thru or step inside, you know you’re getting fresh, simple, high-quality food done right. The burgers are always hot, juicy, and made to order, with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and that iconic spread that brings everything together perfectly. They were very quick to get our order out.

I come here and get flying Dutchman’s tomato wrapped and or full onion grilled, or I like the double with fries and of course can’t forget the fantastic pink lemonade there. It’s always amazingly good. Although one time I had the light pink lemonade and let’s just say, not a fan at all lol I like the one with sugar and even will put tequila in it and it’s so bomb! You know this place is good because the line is always long. If I feel like waiting in the drive through, I’ll jam out my music etc. and do that, but if not, then I’ll go inside. Depends on the line. Sometimes it’s faster just to go inside. Line goes faster if you are able to get parking. I will say parking sometimes sucks because of the line from the cars in the drive through in the way. They have a lot of people working and they are always busy overall with good attitudes so I’m happy about that. I give them good vibes and patience as well considering how many people they are working hard to make food for. My food is always hot! I say my blessings and give thanks to God for the food and I dig in with animal style sauce, ketchup, and the yellow peppers. They are sooo juicy with a good amount of spicy. One time I bit into a pepper and the juice shot out and went into my dates eyes. We laughed so hard! I checked on her still and she was fine but we still talk about how funny that was when we go to get more food there. Oh and the food is cheap and good for the price. For four people we paid only like $45 dollars. That’s good! So I’ll be back again and again. Plus love that they love God and Jesus. I’ll be a supporter and recommend everyone else does as well. Definitely will have full bellies and still have money left in your pocket. ❤️ I added a screen shot of some of the food I had got, but don’t let it fool you, it was delicious. I didn’t plan to write a review for them so didn’t take a pic with all my food for a gorgeous pic but who cares! Try it! Love it! And come back for more!

After my experience at this location today, giving this review even 1 star is being too kind. First of all, there is literally no parking spots available in this lot. They put up signs telling customers not to park in front of the entrance, (which the rude customers do anyway), so where does one park? They’ve extended the drive through line and eliminated half of the parking spots. So today I had to park legally on the street a block away. So many people parked in “no parking zones” on Balboa and even blocked the fire hydrant. We live in a “do it till you get caught society”. The dining room was so packed, that I had to almost cancel my order being there was no place to sit. People were grabbing tables even before they ordered their food. There was a family allowing their kids to steal soda they didn’t pay for, in clear plastic cups, designed for water. Imagine teaching your children this way. I told the dining room attendant twice about it, pointing it out, and he did nothing. Before I left I asked to speak to the manager. I told him, (and he was quite rude), that I didn’t think it was right that I paid $2.45 for my drink, and they allow kids to steal as much soda for free. That’s why prices get raised. The criminal father of the kids was standing right there. I pointed him out. The manager told me that he wasn’t going to do anything about it, and was told by corporate not to say anything. He thought he could humiliate me in front of the customer. When I told him I would call the corporate office and he would get a poor review, he said “go ahead.They won’t care!” Well, guess what you stupid fool…I did call the corporate office and filed a complaint. They told me they say “no such thing”. They do not encourage pilfering under any circumstances, and apologized to me profusely. They assured me that my complaint WILL be handled. Funny how In N’ Out professes to be Christian based, but seems to forget that “thou shall not steal” is one of the ten commandments. Henceforth, I’m done with this location, and may boycott all In N’ Out locations. The corporation is no longer operated with respect for customers, and the overall food quality has gone down. While they can’t control rude and disrespectful people, they can at least show respect for the people that are law abiding citizens.

We decided to take Chipson to our favorite In-N-Out in Lake Balboa. Again, it NEVER matters which location we go to, the service and food is ALWAYS stellar!
We get six Flying Dutchmen with one slice of cheese and whole grilled onions. Generally, they come with two slices of cheese but one slice is enough. This way you can eat them as burgers.
As a default, we get either two Animal Style Fries or one Animal Style Fry and one plain fry. We eat like royalty here on a dime. It fits our lifestyle! Always a pleasure visiting an In-N-Out with a dining area! The staff is always nice and courteous whichever one we visit. Keep up the great work!
