From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

I hate the long wait at all In-N-Out locations. That being said, they still carry my and my kids’ favorite burgers and fries and we’re sad there are still not available on the East Coast

It’s in n out! Long lines outside (always) pretty-short wait if you go inside. The biggest problem with this location is that the line monopolizes an entire small parking lot. There are plenty of other stores there. All of those stores basically need to surrender their spots and that entire side of the parking lot to In-N-Out. Today I was frustrated because the guy next to me was racing as fast as he could closely get to be on the next customer’s tail as they were waiting in line. But there was still a car trying to get out to my right, nowhere for me to go if I kept driving straight, and a car trying to get out of the parking lot on my left. All I wanted to do was simply park my car in front of In-N-Out and walk in. It took me longer than it should have for me to simply park in a spot that was close enough for me to bring my kid to in and out and walk in. My kid has a busted leg. I did not need the handicap spot. All I needed to do was simply park in there very open parking lot. In and out has plenty of room in their parking lot. But there is no room for anyone else in the rest of the entire parking lot because of their lines. It’s not like they have been caught by surprise about how large the line is either. They have cones and tape and everything guiding you around. They even have a guy out there with a computer and a cup holder for when he gets thirsty. The location is pretty bad. It could definitely be improved by moving more of the line toward in and out itself rather than pushing it into a one-way street if you are looking to go anywhere else. Maybe I want to go to Verizon, maybe I want to go to Foster’s donuts, maybe I want to visit one of the stores nearby, I can’t do that because in and out has decided that they need to keep an empty parking lot and have everyone push their way through. When it’s not me complaining about how hard it is to find parking, if you were just waiting in the drive-thru line you would find yourself inside of a larger parking lot where you are definitely violating plenty of rules in order to simply grab a cheeseburger in your 15 minute wait. As far as the drive-through part goes, it’s nasty. If you are trying to park and walk in, it’s not fun. Once you get in, everything is just fine.

Great food and service. Very clean environment. The French fries were cold unfortunately. First time trying the
“Flying Dutchman”. I thought it was good. In my opinion is was messy. If I’m going to save on carbs I will order the “Double Double Protein Burger” with the fresh lettuce wrap. It was fun trying the secret menu burger. Good place to take the whole family and friends.

I have never in my entire life had a bad experience here. The food is consistent every time and so is the positive attitude from the staff. They do an outstanding job moving through the long lines that In N Out commands and being able to have the protein style option (lettuce wrap, no bun) helps me have a quick, healthy, affordable option.

This team has their timing down perfect. I’ve been here a few different times late at night and even with the long lines, they time everything perfect. My food was so fresh, the cheese on my fries and burger was melted to perfection. This is the only location that’s timed their food right and is consistent. Bravo to a great hard working team.

Just a standard AwEsOme In-n-out. Drive though is kind of a mess. It usually starts in the street and snakes around the building. 2 car hops are usually running around as fast they can taking orders. Then into the parking lot and then it has a Chicane through the parking lot and eventually into the real drive through.
Grab your food and bail out.
It’s usually faster to park in the Lowe’s parking lot and walk inside. But to each their own.

No better place to go. The food is always excellent. Even though there was a mistake with my order, the staff was nice enough to make changes without any trouble.
The line might seem long, but just like any other store you move up fast so don’t worry about it.
