Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Fries are freshly made, yes—but that doesn’t make them crispy; they’re soft and unappealing. While the price is low, the overall experience leaves no lasting impression. The jalapeños were the only highlight—spicy and decent—but that’s about it. If you’re looking for a quick bite, it’ll do, but don’t expect anything memorable or satisfying. It’s a fast-food stop that feels more like a missed opportunity than a treat. Definitely not something we’d go out of our way for again.

This was my first time trying In-N-Out and my expectations were pretty high. The restaurant was very clean and the service was impeccable- far and away the most friendly cashier I’ve experienced in LA. Then the food arrived… I got an animal style burger combo. The burger was completely bland. The only good flavor that I could decern was the grilled onion and sauce in one decent bite. My fries were inedible. I’m not even sure how to get potatoes to that consistency.
