This wasn’t my first visit to In‑N‑Out, but it’s always a great experience. I really enjoy their “secret menu” options — ordering Animal Style adds grilled onions and their signature Thousand Island–style sauce, and you can customize your burger with up to four patties and four slices of cheese.
Ordering the fries well done makes a big difference — they turn out crispy and perfectly seasoned. The whole meal came to around $11, which is actually cheaper than McDonald’s and tastes way better. Consistently fresh, quick service, and great value. Highly recommend!

We don’t have an In-N-Out close, so whenever we’re traveling and I see the opportunity I take it! I enjoy a double double once in awhile, and their fries are always delicious. I’m not a secret menu guy, but maybe next time I’ll try one of those options. This place was packed, but they managed to serve me fairly quick considering how busy they were. Staff were awesome, doing their best to keep up and working hard. Enjoyed my meal in the shade under a small tree in the parking lot because the dinning area was full. For fast food, they’re consistent and do a descent job with fresh cut spuds and burgers always cooked right.

On our way to Lake Tahoe, we had to hit up In-N-Out in Reno since we don’t get it often. The burgers were just as awesome as we remembered—juicy, fresh, and so good. We also couldn’t pass up the Animal Style fries, which were loaded and delicious. It’s one of those places that always delivers, so if you’re passing through Reno, it’s definitely worth the stop.

Amelia (apologizes if I butchered her name) was order taker 1, took my and my partners order perfectly, and even though she was a little stressed she pulled through perfectly. Also props to who ever was on the second, I saw that the main store manager was wrapping his burgers, amazing from both of them. I always ask for animal style but am usually met with not extra spread, but today was different with the store manager on the board. Perfect burger. I write this with some knowledge of the in-n-out structure as I used to work at one myself. So I was truly impressed today by everyone.

Definitely the best of the fast food burgers. No complicated menu. Fresh and hot of the grill. Still doing one thing and still doing it right after all this time. Employees, actually, look like they enjoy themselves, too!
