Being from UK this was our first time.
Absolutely loved this place.
The food, the service and level of clean.
Basic menu yes but solid and delicious.
Ample parking, drive thru was CRAZY busy.
Being such good value and good food there was a bit of a wait, 10 mins from ordering at till.
So so wish Id got the Las Vegas T shirt though but as usual I go without to provide to my kids, took my son to USA as joining The Royal Navy soon.

Okay experience.. Not blown away even though I got the 4×4 and animal fries. The bun was not fresh, it was falling apart. The fries are always pretty mid. The onions and patties are the best part. Overall, I like In

Honestly speaking, I know in and out has that hype, but let’s get real here. The fries are just bad. Normal or animal style, just not good.
Stick with the burger and put the toppings you like. Even do 2 burgers instead of getting any fries. Better yet, go next door to Cains and get some good crispy fries.
It’s annoying that you lose 25% of your cheese and toppings as it sticks to the paper wrapping of the burger… next time I’ll try asking them not to wrap it and just put it in the fry boat or something.

This is my first time here. I wanted to see what the hype was about.
I had a cheeseburger and french fries. The cheeseburger was good. It reminds you of a home cooked cheeseburger, but…. The fries were horrible. It was like they had freezer burn. There was definitely something wrong with these fries.
You have to remember that you have one time for a first impression. Those nasty french fries blew it for me.
I’d say don’t get the fries and get the burger.

One thing to know before you go: expect a crowd. The drive-thru line can get long, especially during peak hours. From experience, ordering inside is usually much faster than waiting in the drive-thru, even when the restaurant is packed. The team does a great job keeping things moving, and the energy inside always feels upbeat and organized.

I really love In n Out and I believe they’re one of the best burger spots around. Their shakes and fries mixed together are absolutely delicious. Their burgers are 95% of the time really good, other times the burgers seem a bit old and rushed, which is completely understandable. Besides that there is nothing wrong, Their lines always move fast and they have nice staff.
