Always great customer service from each employee! The food is super yummy and always put together nicely. Wait times in the drive thru look bad because of the long lines, but you get through there pretty quickly. We’ve always liked In & Out but this time we ordered 2 double doubles, fries and shake. The hamburgers had such extreme salt it was terrible. Either they poured massive salt or MSG but it certainly ruined the burgers! Fries are so measley and mushy. Only the shake was decent.

Excellent burger and garnishing. Lousy fries…cut so tiny you need a spoon to eat them. Also, the fries have little flavor, and their texture is hard and unappealing. McDonald’s fries are far far superior.
