What can I say about In-N-Out that hasn’t already been said?! An In-N-Out fan for life. My go to is the double with grilled onions, animal style fries, and a Diet Coke. They nailed it. This is the Nellis location, just north of Charleston, on the west side of Nellis. It was a Thursday at 11 am, and I waited about 7 minutes after the order to get my food. The store was reasonably clean and typical for the type of customer you get on Nellis, it was clean and calm, about as good as I can expect. I had 3 buddies eating with, and everyone was happy, so thumbs up to this location! Keep cranking out the burgers.

What a joke. A cup 90% full of ice. Didn’t even enjoy the pink lemonade since it was gone with a sip. Very unacceptable to deceive customers like that. Would have gone back for a full refund but the drive is not worth it.

The place was empty when we arrived which we were surprised about it being that empty. There was no line. We ordered and waited for our food to be given to us. We got home and noticed that our buns were just burnt to the point it was not enjoyable, the bun was so hard that it hurt to eat it. Our fries were also just stale and hard. There was no line And I thought in n out was made fresh. This was the worst I’ve had at an in n out.

We live on the East Coast and when we travel out West we make it a point ot find the nearest In-N-Out Burger. Their burgers are so delicious. And, don’t forget to order up some of the their fries that are made from freshly cut potatoes. Oh, and the milk shakes. Yes!

It is a sad day that I put out this review but not all empires last forever, all dynasties come to an end and all great people eventually die…. Last night I witnessed one of the best to ever do it succumb to the same fate that awaits us all in life and well it’s come here… I had ordered a hamburger that was served to me cold with a stale bun this isn’t the kind of thing that happens at an establishment with a reputation like this but there’s a first time for everything and I just didn’t think it’d happen so soon….

I had a great experience at In-N-Out! The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The burgers were flavorful and satisfying, and the fries were crisp and tasty. I really appreciated the extra spread at no extra charge. The animal fries were absolutely delicious and definitely worth ordering if you haven’t tried them yet. I also love that the fries are fresh cut in-house; it shows the extra care they put into their food. On top of all that, it’s a great value. Cheaper and much better quality than other national fast food chains. Overall, it was a great visit with delicious food and excellent service, and I’ll definitely be back.

This location has never been able to get my order correct even though they do read it back to me correctly. I have never had this issue at any other location but this one. The food at this location is not the best and the customer service at this specific location isn’t the greatest either. Will definitely not be coming back to this location as I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and my order is never given to me correctly. Please be better as it seems that this is the worst in and out location in Las Vegas.
