From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

Their burgers are good . The fries is the problem for me . The first time I had their regular fries . The texture felt like I was biting into old fries . Threw them away. So today I decided to give the cheese fries a chance……their cheese is like melted rubber . The fries were once again disgusting. I’ll just stick to the burgers . Great place tho!

Hadn’t had in n out for a long time. Went to one in the other day and it was amazing. This time? Trash, buns falling apart, one piece of lettuce and legit looks like a drunk made it. So so let down with this burger I made a review. Also fries still suck. Hard as cardboard but that’s normal. Lemonade was good though ‍♂️

Can’t say enough good things about In-N-Out! This location was quick with our large order and didn’t miss a beat. The staff was friendly and got us in and out (pun intended lol) quickly with our to-go order. Animal style fries are a must of course! This spot doesn’t miss.

Great location. Food came out at a reasonable time and was fantastic. Fries were a little hard but that goes for all locations. If you like it moister then I’d suggest ordering your burgers animal style.

Had dinner with colleagues here. I ordered the double double meal with a milkshake. Burger was good, but I didn’t care for the fries, though some of my colleagues did. Shake was extremely thick as well. Price was very affordable, and the ambience and service is old school.

An Ode to the Double-Double: A Review of In-N-Out Burger
There are some food establishments that transcend a simple meal and become an integral part of the travel experience. For anyone visiting the American West Coast, that place is undoubtedly In-N-Out Burger. I recently had the pleasure of stopping at one of their locations straight from the airport and can confidently say that the pilgrimage is worth it every single time. It’s more than just a quick bite; it’s a culinary ritual, a taste of a bygone era, and a testament to the power of keeping it simple.

Atmosphere and Setting
Walking into In-N-Out is like stepping back in time. The interior isn’t designed to impress with sleek, modern decor or intricate art. Instead, you’re greeted with a bright, clean, and straightforward diner aesthetic. The red and white tiled floors, the simple booths, and the no-frills counter all contribute to a feeling of comforting familiarity. It’s a setting that prioritizes function over form, a place where the focus is squarely on the food and the company you’re sharing it with. While it may not be a high-end dining destination, it has a charm that many fancier restaurants lack. It’s a genuine, no-pretenses kind of place.

The Food and Drinks
When it comes to In-N-Out, the menu is a study in minimalism. There are no convoluted options or endless variations, just a handful of classics done exceptionally well. My colleagues and I ordered the Double-Double meal, an absolute must for any first-timer. The burger itself is a masterpiece of juicy, savory perfection. The two beef patties were expertly cooked, delivering a burst of flavor that was perfectly complemented by the fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, and their famous spread. As my notes confirmed, it’s a burger so good it holds its own against fare from far more expensive establishments. It’s truly incredible how such a simple combination of ingredients can produce such a satisfying and memorable flavor.

The fries were a different story. They arrived with a beautiful golden-brown color and a satisfying texture, but I found them to be overly salted. While this didn’t ruin them, it did distract from their natural flavor. Interestingly, my colleagues loved them, so perhaps it’s a matter of personal taste.

The real star of the show for me was the Chocolate and Vanilla mixed shake. It was the perfect blend of creamy richness and balanced sweetness. Unlike many shakes that can be thin and disappointing, this one was wonderfully thick and satisfying, an ideal conclusion to the meal.

Service and Value
Despite the famously long lines that snake out the door and a 45-minute wait that late at night, the staff at In-N-Out are always a pleasure. They work with an impressive efficiency, and every team member I interacted with was friendly and polite, a welcome contrast to the stress of travel. You can tell they take pride in their work, and their cheerful attitudes help to make the long wait a little more bearable.

What truly sets In-N-Out apart, however, is its value. For the quality and quantity of food you receive, the price is incredibly low, especially when you compare it to the inflated prices of many other quick-service restaurants in the United States. This affordability, combined with the deliciousness of the food, makes it a true culinary steal.

Conclusion and Verdict
In-N-Out isn’t just a fast-food chain; it’s an institution. It’s a place that delivers on its promise of fresh, delicious food at an unbeatable price, all served with a side of classic American charm. While the atmosphere is basic and the lines can be daunting, the exceptional quality of the burgers and shakes more than makes up for it.

Verdict: Highly recommended. In-N-Out is a must-visit for anyone traveling to the West Coast who appreciates a classic, no-frills burger done to perfection. It’s an essential part of the travel experience and a meal you’ll be thinking about long after you’ve left.

Overall, the double-double was everything I was looking for at a great price. The service was exceptional and quick. However, the fries we recieved had a dry-sponge like texture that was awful. Kind of disappointing since the menu doesn’t really offer many items.

After leaving the movie theater i saw that In N Out was nearby and I wanted to give it another shot. I had it in LA a few years ago and i was underwhelmed. I am totally team Shake Shack.

That said I’ll start with the positives. This location was clean and organized. The staff were working hard and were friendly/ professional during service.

The condiments on the burger were fresh and crisp as always. For me the patty is too thin and not seasoned enough.

As for the Animal style fries, they were salted well but not crispy and the sauce was only on top of the fries and not throughout. Sauce tastes very good as well with the caramelized onions .

In a pinch id go back. Otherwise, I remain team Shake Shack
