There is always a line here but it moves quickly. This is not my usual location but they made my light well fries perfectly!! The location closest to me on N 5th has been terrible recently when I ask for light well fries. They have been giving me really small and incredibly crispy fries Iike they’re serving the left over pieces out of the bottom of the fryer. Thanks to you all in the kitchen here today for giving me quality light well fries and a great burger. Great service all around, it’s much appreciated.

First time in Nevada and I had to try In-N-Out ! Coming from NY these prices are astonishingly low for such a quality meal. The photo speaks for itself. It’s even sparkling . The employees were super nice and helpful. They even came over and got my tray and cleared my table while I was talking to my friends about how great this trip was. I’ll be back ❤️

I was driving through Vegas, headed to Arizona from Idaho. My son has never been to an In-N-Out Burger before so we decided to stop for lunch. The place was packed, which is both a good thing in a bad thing a good thing because that means people actually go there a bad thing because we had to wait a while for our food. We all ordered the same exact meal and the animal style fries and everything was super good. The building was clean even though all tables were full. The employees were extremely nice and my son really wishes. We had an In-N-Out anywhere near our town.

I went here today for a Veteran’s Day meal. All the employees were super nice from the back of the line all the way to the front. They even allowed you to have a milkshake as part of your meal for free. Thank you to all the employees who are working today. Also, thank you for giving back to the Veterans!!! I ordered a simple cheesburger. I had to take an important call. I stepped out for about 10m. I realized my # had already probably been called. I asked Randy if he could find it for me becuase i had to step out. He was super nice and friendly. He found it and I was happy to take my burger. But without me saying literally anything he stops and goes “this one’s on the colder side, let me go get you a fresh one”. Just outstanding customer service. I was fine taking my other burger. would give 0 stars if i could! found so many bugs in my burger i got a protein style burger and there was a pile of dead bugs in one corner and live ones on the other. Went back to let them know and they offered to remake the food and quote for quote said it happens all the time & gave me coupons. I asked for a refund and they refused. I’ve worked in many fast food places including the busiest chipotle location in the city & washing loads of produce isn’t difficult but it seems like my foods produce wasnt washed at all. Mind you unless you ask for no lettuce every burger comes with it & tomatoes & onion probably don’t get washed properly either. I was guest 99 on august 26 2025 at around 12:10 pm right at lunch hour! cant imagine how many people ate bugs for lunch as some blended in easily.

In and out is by far one of the best fast food restaurants! There is a reason everyone I have ever been to has a drive through that wraps all around the outside. They were very fast, friendly, and did not mess anything up. It is a good place for a single person or a family. Bonus tip get your burger animal style and the fries animal style too ( you will thank me latter)!
