From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

This was my first time ever trying In-N-Out Burger, and overall I’d say it was an ok experience. What I genuinely loved were the fries, especially after seeing someone in the kitchen actually cutting fresh potatoes with a machine while we waited. That part felt real and refreshing.

The burger, though, wasn’t anything out of this world. It was fine, but nothing memorable, and I still think Shake Shack has better-quality meat. The chocolate shake was probably the biggest letdown: it didn’t really taste like chocolate, was extremely thick, and somehow very sugary while still lacking flavor.

On a positive note, the person in the drive-thru taking our order was super nice and funny, which made the wait more pleasant. I’m also glad we chose not to dine in….the place was packed with kids and looked pretty chaotic.

Would I go back? Sure! if I’m hungry late at night and don’t have many options. It’s not a must-have for me, but it gets the job done.

I love being able to go anywhere and the food still tastes the same.

We were in Arizona for spring break and we were hungry and wanted to go to a familiar place. I’m glad that In-N-Out keeps its familiar taste wherever we go.

Amazing service! Except the pick up window girl tried to shut my door (my window doesn’t roll down) and slammed it on my foot repeatedly pushing it closed trying to rush me out of the way- it hurt. Try not doing that to other customers thank you! I was there 10/12 at 10:22pm

Just waited 30mins in drive through asked for two double HAMburgers protein style with JUST ketchup mustard and onions no where did I say cheese, tell me why I get home with two double cheeseburgers and I can’t eat cheese it’s a waste of my money and time and this issue has happened more than once and sucks the most when you wait forever in line to just have the order wrong….if you can’t eat cheese I guess you have to yell it through the drive through intercom multiple times and have them say “regular burger not cheese ok, got it” wish I could get a refund but they’ll be closed by the time I get back

It hurts for me to write this because I love this place. I asked for a simple order of a double single extra well done. I left.
About ten minutes later, I started eating the burger. The meat was literally very rare.
Red and pink all over. The line could be long, but you shouldn’t rush my order.

Only giving one star because there’s no option for no stars. This location has exceptionally bad customer service. I understand being in a rush but it’s no coincidence that every time I’ve come to this location, their employees seem to be VERY disassociated. Often times they’ve been slow to process my simple order, leading me to realize that several times my cashier has absolutely been high or under the influence. My order is wrong often, it seems like it may be a problem with management MANAGING their staff. Not to mention, they don’t know how to work the gift cards they give you. They apparently have an “inactive gift card policy” which they don’t mention until your card is already inactive, no matter how much money you have left on it. This led me to spend my own money (after standing in line waiting for them to figure out what a gift card is) in addition to what was paid FOR the gift card. Please educate and manage your staff better. If they are unable to put in orders correctly or do their job, that’s reflective of the management.

Their food just ain’t that good anymore . Not sure if they changed the beef patties or get them from a different vendor now but the meat is not appetizing anymore and whatever oils are using on the fries I’m not a fan of either. They’re shakes do not taste like they are just milk and chocolate or strawberries they taste fake

This is one of those meals you gotta eat fresh right after they hand it to you but other than that it hits the spot.

Service was really quick and fast inside, though needed some cleaning but was decent with how busy it was. Burgers were on point got animal style burgers and frys, though regular frys were too salty, (next time ask for light salt). Milk shakes, I got strawberry one not a fan was not that tasty and not cold.

As a Canadian visiting In-N-Out Burger for the first time, I was not disappointed! I ordered the Double-Double combo with fries and a strawberry shake—absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and I was impressed by how clean and organized the kitchen was; any mess was quickly cleaned up. I hope Canada gets one soon because I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!
