From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

We had heard about and been told we should experience In-N-Out Burger when vacationing in Phoenix. The experience was somewhat different from our Canadian fast food restaurants. The menu is small but adequate if a burger was what you were looking for, and if you search the internet you may find a few secret changes or additions not advertised. The service was prompt and very friendly, the milkshake very good, the burger, (double double with grilled onions) was good, the extra crispy fries…. a little too crispy(my choice). Overall a fun experience.

This was my first time traveling to the West Coast and trying In-N-Out. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations, but boy, did they prove me wrong! From the very beginning, it was packed, but the line moved quickly, and the efficiency with which they prepare your meal is amazing. The burgers are outstanding — juicy, fresh, and flavorful. Overall, it was a really nice experience, and also very clean, which to me was the most important part.

Thanks to one of the patrons who ordered this style… We’d never know there is such a thing called ‘Protein-Style’ burger that swaps the buns for lettuce wraps! Makes the food so much healthier and appetizing. The dine-in experience is similar across different branches; loud and crowded. Tables are often not cleaned because of the high turnaround traffic that a table is not vacant long enough for staffs to wipe anyway. ♂️

Food was good but the wait was rough. Sat in line for over 30 minutes which messed up my plans since I was trying to surprise someone with dinner. That said, I like that you can watch them prep your food through the big windows even from the drive thru. Everything was fresh and the staff was friendly. I’ll come back but next time I’m giving myself extra time just in case.

Plenty of seating inside and outside. The line moved fairly quick and we didn’t wait too long for our food despite they are busy with the line from drive through and in restaurant.
Burger tasted great as usual and the fries are salted to a good saltiness. They gave you extra pack of salt in case you need more but I think it’s just right already.

I ordered a protein style, animal style cheeseburger with animal fries. In-N-Out never disappoints. My sons got bigger burgers, fries, and milkshakes. They said the milkshakes were amazing. Wish I’d gotten one, too! This place is always our first stop off the plane when coming into the area.

If you do NOT like cheese, or even have a dairy allergy, do not come to this location. My wife doesn’t like cheese and even a slight taste of it makes her feel sick. If you ask this location for no cheese on the burger 8/10 times you will still end up with a slice, or even a glob of cheese on the burger, so we have had to specify a dairy allergy just to get some extra effort in making the burger how we like it. And sometimes they still get cheese on the burger. We have even returned a burger just for them to give us the same burger back with the cheese clearly scraped off…
I understand the staff are very busy, and having to change gloves and clean surfaces can hold up this already overwhelmed crew of hardworking people. I have been very patient with them, often letting my own food go cold waiting to eat with my wife, and I also understand that mistakes happen, especially when busy. But during a recent visit, after having cheese on her burger, my wife politely asked them to make her another one, only to find a glob of cheese on the next one as well… we were met with attitude and an eye roll and when returning with the second one, I was told I should have asked for an allergy to dairy. I apologized and explained I thought I did ask. And why do I have to lie about an allergy for them to care!? And after all this, my own burger had no sauce, and the patty was very salty. Very frustrating experience, and im done being patient and apologetic just for asking to have my food done correctly.
Last time we had this issue, corporate gave us free meals as an apology, but honestly save it. I dont want your free meals just for them to be made wrong.
I hope some of the staff will read this and understand its uncomfortable having to ask for food to be remade, especially twice, and being given attitude and being made to feel like we are a problem is not any way to act no matter how busy or overwhelmed you are. And as someone who has managed a business, maybe management should take a closer look at their staff and not let those who become less friendly when overwhelmed be at the front with the customers.

Food is not the greatest. Fries always look and taste like cardboard. Yes they cut them fresh but they don’t taste good. Prices are better then burger king or McDonald’s. Customer service is always top notch. Atmosphere is always popping. Its a good place to hang out.

Thank you Erik for making me coffee and being so kind bringing me all the supplies. Above and beyond nice. He was so apologetic they didn’t have it ready.
The workers there tonight were all so busy, kind. I really appreciate them all doing a tough job.
