Leo was awesome at the front counter – 5 Stars and 5 Thumbs Up for exceptional customer service. We hadn’t visited this specific In-N-Out Burger location #3 yet, so today was the day! Great atmosphere, great customer service, and lots of friendly happy hungry customers. Whatever burger you decide upon, be sure and ask for grilled onions on your burger! No extra charge, and you can have grilled chopped or whole… or both! Delicious carmelized flavor and makes a burger a real down-home feast! 5 Stars and 5 Thumbs Up for this In-N–Out on Garden of the Gods. Not going to get a huge delicious made to order real beef double cheese burger with an order of fries for under $9.00 anyplace else that I know of.
Stopped in again 2 days later and it was again fantastic! Even the Space Force guys all come here for lunch! Again, lunch for under $7.00!!

Everything was delicious! Everything people say about In-N-Out makes sense, now! The burger had good quality beef. It was cooked skillfully. There was plenty of cheese. The sauce was delicious. The burger had a taste that was unique to In-N-Out. If you had a craving for this restaurant, then I can see how nothing else would do. It is not the best burger in the country, but it is very good and I don’t think any other restaurant could satisfy a craving for an In-N-Out Double Double, or for Animal style fries! The Animal Style fries were delicious! I don’t plan tonorder them any other way from this restaurant. The fries are crispy and delicious with nothing else on them, but the caramelized onions, sauce and cheese were all delicious! I hope we get an In-N-Out in Atlanta, Ga soon!

I just looked back at the picture I took of my burger and noticed that it came out on the tray actually looking like the burger other restaurants show in their commercials and advertisements. This never happens! I’m used to getting some smaller, smashed disappointment as compared to the commercials. I just looked up an In-N-Out Double Double commercial from 1987 and the burger on the commercial looked almost exactly the same as the burger I received! I say almost, because the sauce dripping slightly down the side of mine looked better than the commercial! I’ll post a screenshot from the commercial for comparison! I can’t even see any shrinkflation since the commercial in 1987!

First time trying this place! We don’t have one in Maryland! Richard, who took my order was so helpful and kind! Gave me the works on everything! He even stopped to ask how I liked the meal before he left for the day! Truly amazing customer service inside! They all deserve a raise! Very clean and welcoming. 10/10

The food here should have been great, but I was a bit disappointed with a few things. The fries were soggy and cold, which took away from the overall experience. The pink lemonade tasted very artificial as well. On the positive side, the sauce was excellent – definitely the highlight – and the pickles were also very good. With a few improvements, this could easily be a top-notch meal.

I come to this In-N-Out quite often (practically daily, it’s one of my safe foods, I have ARFID) and I’d first like to say this is by far the best location in COS. Now as for the reasons: the employees, the customer service, the efficiency, and finally the consistency.
#1 The employees because they really are #1! Specifically Jonah, Zoey, Bjorn, and Penelope. Jonah is always so kind and has the biggest smile, he always makes our day when we see him working and holds the drive-thru down, keeping it moving like a well-oiled machine! Zoey is so sweet and has all her processes down leaving all our interactions with a smile on our faces and with our food in our hands quickly. Bjorn is well-organized and always greets us with a smile.
I’ve been to many In-N-Outs in my life and I’ve also worked in sales and customer service for over 10 years and I believe that this location either does some extra training or the trainers here are just super great at what they do because it truly is the best I’ve ever seen.
The efficiency is absolutely incredible! Again, I’ve been to many In-N-Outs (I would truly guess over 50) and every single one takes quite some time and the drive-thru lines are insane but this one is always so efficient and quick without sacrificing quality!! This is also where Penelope comes into play bc i haven’t recognized them much before but outside working ordering today they were absolutely killing it!! and im so glad I remembered seeing their name tag!
And of course last but not least,
consistency. Consistency is why I love In-N-Out in the first place and honestly, the location on Constitution made me lose hope for a while because that was closest to me for a while but this location restores my faith in In-N-Out consistency. This location happens to produce the BEST in n out fries (rare bc they’re usually so bad, sorry but true we all know it!) they’re absolutely incredible.
We love In-N-Out and we love this In-N-Out in particular! Keep up the great work! thanks!

What a great experience! We came here the day they opened and there were so many people working! It was crazy!
Everything was perfect though, literally the best In-N-Out experience ever! The burger was the best one I’ve ever had and even the fries were good! So happy they are finally open and that I don’t need to drive 20 minutes every time to get a good burger! Can’t wait to come back! Everyone was so kind and friendly!
