Reviews
The food was fresh and satisfying. The burger tasted great, the fries were hot and fresh, and everything came out just how it should. The location was convenient with good parking availability, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s one of those places that stays consistently good, no matter how crowded it gets.
We got a regular double-double and protein style one as well. They were both good, definitely messy to eat. Especially the lettuce wrapped one. I don’t think it lived up to the expectations I had, maybe people hype it up too much. It’s a pretty standard burger, at a reasonable price.
Customer service at this location was top notch. Clean interior and we got our burgers quickly. I would consider trying another burger and maybe animal style fries in the future!
We also ordered a coffee, and the employee working the fries handed it to me without changing his gloves, so the lid was salty. That felt both unpleasant and unsanitary.
For the price we paid, the customer service and food quality were not worth it at all. Overall, it was an expensive visit for poor service and low-quality food. We won’t be coming back.
For people getting paid above the average wage, they definitely do less than minimum effort.
If you dine in, expect to wait at least more than 10 minutes and watch the drive-thru cycle through while you still wait.

Completely different experience. Clean dining room. They were moving both the dining room numbers as well as the drive-thru at an expedited rate. Fries were still overdone, but an improvement is an improvement.

This location STILL has trouble with getting fresh, hot fries that aren’t overcooked or cold to customers. Unfortunately, I am dropping my review for service and food. I am a true lover of IN N OUT, but for some reason, this location lacks consistency and follow through of quality products. My previous review about the dining room cleanliness is a recurring issue.
Unfortunately, this location has not risen above a common fast food establishment (McDonalds, Carl’s Jr. Taco Bell…) let alone their own company’s standards (that are closely followed in California, but not in Colorado).
To sum up my experience over a long period of time. SUB PAR.
This location needs a whole new crew and management. Start fresh. This location has dwindled and dropped below the threshold of service quality and especially their own food standards. I have questioned myself if I even want to return.

I was working late and had missed dinner at home. I thought Friday night, I should be able to get fresh food. Boy, was I wrong. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The burger was barely warm to the touch, and the fries were cold. I took one bite and got my money back.
This experience has left be baffled as how there is absolutely no oversight or direction from management. The inexperienced high school kids have dragged this location down beyond comprehension. Garbage overflows, floors, and tables are almost always dirty. You’re lucky if the ketchup is full. Half the kids walk around aimlessly, “looking busy,” all while still getting paid.
This last visit has made me see there haven’t been any positive changes. Only gradually slipping into a McDonalds state of mind. Hopefully, corporate will step in and do something drastic to improve the way this location is run.
I have chosen not to return to this location. There’s no oversight/accountability for employees. The cleanliness is absent as well as management.
