Long time In-N-Out fan, but living in Florida means we’re out of luck for a local option. Luckily my niece knows this so on a recent visit she planned a family dinner out. We arrived around 5PM. The drive through was packed but all 7 of us were able to sit down together when we walked in. Great service, great food, clean restaurant, what else could you ask for?

Ordered our food inside. Its clear their focus is tailored to the drive thru. Waited about 15mins to get our food. Order taker was rude and short with us. He didnt seem to be well trained or maybe something else. He didnt really answer questions or ask questions. Just wanted to keep the cattle train moving along with no care for service. I get there’s alot of hype right now with people over reacting to the “New thing in town” but seems like that’s when they should be on their game. Hope it gets better over time. I have my doubts.

This location is by far the slowest service at any food service I’ve ever been to. I could go to a steak house and eat faster than going inside or drive through. If it happened once, it wouldn’t be an issue, but it’s every time I’ve been here (about 10 times). And the line isn’t even that long. I’ve never been in line less than 30 minutes.

Typically, in-n-out does great. But in all the years I have visited an in-n-out, my recent visit was not an in-n-out experience. It wasn’t great at all. Neither the service nor the food was up to their standards, and it wasn’t even busy. The least they could do is wrap my food properly. This trip was not at all worth the $49. I spent.

Absolutely love this place. In-N-Out never disappoints, fresh food, fast service, and super friendly staff. Burgers are always amazing! The location is a bit hidden so it’s usually crowded either. Love it!

After hearing countless rave reviews about In-N-Out, I finally decided to see what all the fuss was about and ordered their famous Double-Double. Unfortunately, the experience left me mostly disappointed. The burger itself was underwhelming — it lacked the bold, satisfying flavor I’ve come to expect from a quality fast-food burger. Honestly, I’ve had much better at Culver’s, a Midwest gem that anyone who loves a good burger absolutely must try.
That said, credit where credit is due: the customer service at In-N-Out was top-notch. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly well-trained. I was especially impressed by the layout and flow of their drive-thru process. It’s streamlined, organized, and something other fast-food chains should absolutely take notes on.
In the end, while the service and efficiency were spot on, the burger simply didn’t live up to the hype for me. If you’re a true burger lover, I’d suggest giving Culver’s a shot before buying into the In-N-Out buzz.

We told these kids probably 60 million times our order to ensure they had it right. An they didn’t. We were in a rush and it took us nearly 2 hours to get back to the place to have our order fixed. My partner hates onions and got the triple cheeseburger. I got the double with onions and of course they flip flopped it. I was steaming this day because I corrected the gal in the drive through asked the kid at the window. Watched him talk to the line cook and somehow we still waited for 10 minutes and got the wrong order. I unfortunately wasn’t very nice once we got the food because I reiterated several times to go as well. An we received a box. So did the vechile in front and he obviously got food for his family…. I’m sorry but it’s not that hard to pay attention and to take your job seriously. I’ve worked fast food windows before as well and I strive to make sure I got everything correct. Reading back the order and inputting mistakes. Adding napkins and sauces the patron asked for isn’t rocket science it’s common sense. Drive through windows is such and easy job that’s why they literally put kid’s there and not on the line. It made me want to jump into manger mode and go in that kitchen and help. A couple things here, work isn’t for flirting, work isn’t for not for fake listening and lying about fixing the order, and lastly it’s your job it’s literally not that difficult if you pay attention to this job I promise future jobs that follow you will have a positive work experience. My partner said this place has never been like this of all the times he’s went prior. I’m not a Karen infact I’m out spoken and struggle to be heard. It takes an awful lot for me to get to a steaming point. However, When I know I’ve done good job rattling the order off and your just blatantly not listening to me and I do my part to correct this numerous times instead of my normal pip squeak ways of just dealing with it then yeah I get upset.

I have had In-N-Out Burger in California and honestly did n9t think it would be anything like what I had in California. To my surprise the prices especially at the prices these days was more than fair the size could be a little larger mainly the fries and the shake. The customer service amazing well done to all the staff did auch a great job. Was thinking I would have to wait a lot longer than I had. Went through the drivethrougb so did not actually go in the restraunt. This was the first time eating In-N-Out in Colorado the food good the service went way above the normal the cost is a great value. I would for sure go back to this restaurant and recommend to anyone wanting a great meal at a good price great service with polite staff members.

Foods always good and delicious! Double double animal style animal style fries and a Dr. Pepper. Same quality every time. Always good one of the best fast food places out there. I’d say it’s probably better for you too

Went to a newer store in Parker. The service was fast and friendly. Tables, ketchup and soda stations, and restroom were immaculate. Cheeseburger was hot and fresh. I’m just not a fan of the fries, but they were crisp and plentiful.
