This is an amazing place. The food is fantastic, and the service is over-the-top. It’s a simple menu, but they stick to what they do best. Everything is fresh to me, and the potatoes are cut right before they’re fried. It’s a big restaurant, so there’s plenty of seats, and it has a good atmosphere with all the windows and natural light. It’s conveniently located at the mall’s entrance. I recommend it.

This is the first time we’ve been to an In-N-Out Burger, the line in the drive through was long, that was a good sign.
It took some time to get the food, we both had a cheese burger, mine with onion, two fries and one milk shake.
We had the option to have it in the car, which we chose, it just meant it was open in a cardboard box, that was nice.
The burgers were good, the milkshake was decent, but the French fries, they were horrible, neither one of us could finish them.
They were hot, but I think they were over cooked, unless the fries are supposed to be hard and crunchy, I’m not sure, we did not like the way it tasted.
I would never order them again, when we go for a hamburger, we do like french fries, so I’m sure we’ll never be back.
If you like hard, crunchy, french fries, then this is the place for you.

Okay, was really trying to like it. When I was in California it was AMAZING! In Texas it might be a distant 3rd place. Just like Whataburger never get the single. You are just eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Fries get cold fast so best to eat them as dine in. It just so basic, really don’t understand the draw. Wait, I do. In California it’s 5 stars. I can’t stand McDonald’s but their fries are better.

The burger was over salted, the fries were over salted and swimming in sauce (I always usually use the packets to add extra, but didn’t have to this time. They either barely put any sauce or overdo it, there’s never a rational amount.). This has to be the worst In-N-Out meal I’ve had, and I’m a big fan of this place. Disappointing.

Im from California and I would say that the quality of food is still there. I was so anxious to see if they kept the same quality. And they did! Im so happy about that!
Plus here there’s really not much of a line compared to how bad it gets in California hahaha

I have always heard about In and Out. Was lucky enough to be in town for business. Had to try it! Very reasonable price for the quality of food. Especially in comparison to five guys. The hamburger was very juicy and the fries were fresh cut. I was watching the young man cutting them like there was no tomorrow. It was late in the evening and the place was still packed. The sauce was so unique. I do not know what it is but I saw the guy on the table next to mine dipping his fries in it. I did the same and it was delicious. You have to ask for the sauce as they do not hand out so had I not overheard the young man, I would have never know. I will be coming back next time I am in town.
