Was really looking forward to having in-n-out but didn’t love it as much as usual. Maybe they were having an off afternoon because many other reviews for this location are great. Our burgers were lukewarm and the bread was a bit hard in places. The fries were as good as always which we enjoyed, but missed that great burger to go along with it.

It’s a burger joint, what kind of atmosphere you think they have? I’ve been a few times. This last time the fries were old and cold. I always eat fries first, all of them, so they didn’t sit around on my tray. The burger was excellent as always. The complimentary pickled peppers are honestly my favorite. Their service team is on par with Chick-fil-A.

Its fast food so of course its most likely trash, right? We’ll it was worse than expected even. Looked decent for the slop it is but the fries… old and cold! The worst fries I’ve ever beholded. The animal style slop on top wasnt even covering that stale crap quality up. The burgers… dry, very thin, flavorless. All I tasted was wet lettuce and tomato. Boring, over hyped trash. The guy on the drive thru taking the order was very polite and professional for what he does, though.

I went in thinking it would just be an average burger place and I was incredibly wrong. It was undoubtedly The BEST burger I’ve ever had. There was a tall girl taking my order I didn’t catch her name but she seemed like she actually enjoyed her job and she was so kind I wasn’t sure on what to get but she suggested I get the double double with grilled onions and thank god she did I added ketchup and mustard and it couldn’t have been any better. The service was so good I couldn’t believe it was fast food they had workers in the dining room engaging with us and offering to get us refills which I was appalled. I love watching how the workers communicate with each other and how they are able to work that closely together it was awesome!

Was a great burger here after a basketball game. The line was easy to find but it did seem to get stuck and not move too much. In n out always hits the spot.
I do just wish that the line was moving faster. I don’t know what it is but I swear in n outs in CA move so much faster than the ones outside of CA.

In-N-Out Burger never disappoints! I ordered a double-double (no onions) and fries, and it was everything you’d want from a classic burger joint. The double-double was juicy, hot, and made fresh to order—absolutely delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served hot and fresh.
Customer service was friendly and efficient, and the speed of service was impressive. The restaurant was spotless, with a well-maintained self-service bar stocked with all the essentials—ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, straws, and even a selection of peppers and banana peppers. The iced tea was refreshing, with nice crushed ice that’s always a bonus.
Highly recommend In-N-Out for anyone looking for a high-quality, classic burger experience!

Pretty good restaurant Holly seems fairly clean. My wife likes it so that’s a plus.

Because if I payed out of pocket for this I would’ve been pissed. The girl that took orders nice and polite after that it goes down hill.
Food ready I watch this order come out and thinking it was someone other then us it sat there for 20 minutes my wife got up and asked for our drinks and she asked what number my wife said 9 or here’s your order too. Wow cold and fries that tasted like sawdust I can say the ketchup was delicious.

Better Business
First of all, there was a terrible smell of body odor in this in an out. It smelled like armpit cheese and feet mixed into a blender.
Then, i met a short blonde arrogant lady i believe her name is kimbarly and she manages this establishment.
We asked for no salt on our fries, and she told me she cant make them without salt, but usually they always accomodate for unsalted fries.
She made fun of my disabled son , who is in a wheelchair and clearly paralyzed, telling him to “get up and make your own fries stephen hawking”
I am shocked at how someone could say this to a child. I am looking into proceeding with legal action due to this. Please review the camera footage and do something about this asap.

Today I was eating here and the guy taking my order named Monty was serving me. His breathe smelled horrible and he was picking his ear as he took me and my wives order. Management should show their employees better hygiene standards and maybe hire new employees that are clean.
