From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

This food was clearly sitting around before it was sold to me the bottom bread of the burger was hard and the fries were soggy. My first time and last time eating here. I would have asked for a refund but I had to get back to work. Do better

I got the double double with no onions. With medium fries & sweet tea! The fries were ok. The burger was a solid 8/10. The drink was sweet and cold. The workers work fast to deliver hot & fresh only cap is the black one in the pic haha.

I’ve been wanting to try In-N-Out for a while now and I have to say it’s actually really good. I was surprised to know that options are limited. We went with a cheeseburger and fries. The seasoning was so good and I get the hype.

I went there this evening, the Hulen location; it was my first and last visit. I ordered a cheeseburger, no onions, no ketchup or mayo, with mustard, to go. I asked about onion rings, and was told tbey don’t do those; OK, I got fries, instead. I was asked 3 times, about onions on my burger, and said NO ONIONS. I guess Zamariah DA thought she knew better than me, because when I got home, there was a full slice of onion on my cheeseburger. I’m not, but I have a friend who is deathly allergic to onions, he would have had to toss the whole thing. I had to remove them, but the taste was still there.
The burger was nothing to make me want another; even Sonic has a better tasting burger. The ‘hand-cut fries’ should have had twice as much cross-section, they would have been better. I should have gone next door, and gotten a clown-burger.
The one good thing was the tomato. Solid slices, from top or bottom, with no seeds, just solid slices.

Customer service wasn’t great. However, my food was prepared correctly. With a packed house orders came out fairly fast. Staff kept the dining area clean.

We LOVE in and out! The food was great, I’d ask for fries light because as a girl from ca I can tell you spot I way over doing there fries compared to normal in and out standards.
Also this spot in particular put tomatoes that clearly had spread on them on a burger that was ordered with no spread. Kinda like they tried to wipe it off. That was gross the luckily some ketchup up covered up that taste so my kid still ate it. One tiny mishap out 6 burgers per trip and at least 7 trips isn’t bad.
