As someone who’s been waiting YEARS for In-N-Out to make it to Tennessee, I can honestly say: it was worth every second of the wait. I hit up the Lebanon spot (super close for us in Mount Juliet/Nashville area) right after they opened, and wow – they absolutely delivered the classic West Coast magic.
The Double-Double is perfection: two fresh, never-frozen patties grilled to juicy ideal, melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and that signature spread that ties it all together. The bun is soft but holds up without getting soggy. Animal-style fries? Game-changer – those extra-spread, grilled onions, and melty cheese make them dangerously addictive. And don’t sleep on the vanilla shake – thick, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
What really stands out is the freshness – you can taste that nothing sits under a heat lamp. The crew was incredibly friendly and efficient, even with the crowds (pro tip: go during off-peak if you can, but the line moves fast). The restaurant is clean, bright, and has that classic In-N-Out vibe with Bible verses on the cups (nice touch).
Tennessee just got a whole lot better. This isn’t just a burger joint – it’s an experience we’ve been missing. Already planning my next run for a 4×4 animal-style. If you’re anywhere near Middle TN, stop what you’re doing and go. You won’t regret it. In-N-Out, thank you for finally coming home to us! ❤️

Excellent burger BUT when I was walking up to the front door there was an employee walking out with his nose dripping and two napkins blowing loudly. Luckily I arrived after his departure. The price is amazing! I never thought a Double-Double would be so inexpensive and the fries are amazingly fresh with the perfect amount of salt, not to mention a thick, creamy shake for a chaser. The crew here was super efficient at what they are paid to do and the restaurant was basically clean for having almost every single seat in the house full, as well as patrona standing everywhere. Being my first time ever at an establishment by this branding, I’m looking more forward to visiting other locations.

Decided to bite the bullet and wait in line to try out, in and out. We went inside and were able to order in a few minutes. The wait after ordering was roughly 15 minutes. We went for regular menu items (not secret) since we had not been before. I had heard several people’s opinions before going and i agreed with them all.
The Double Double burger was very good.
The french fries were kinda… Meh. They went stale rather quickly ♂️
The amount of folks standing waiting for orders crowds the tables of those trying to eat. Great for business, not so great for diners. I will wait until they slow down before going back.

Second time having In-N-Out but first time at this new location. They were still very much in Grand Opening mode. Parking lot was full but able to get a spot. They still had some auxiliary parking and drive thru happening from Grand Opening. When we walked in there were three people taking orders at register so it was not a long wait. The biggest opportunity was finding a table. We were able to get one before our food was ready. The store was very clean. The workers have that old school look with uniforms and they call out your number when it’s ready. I ordered a double double animal style protein style with fries. The protein style is great because there is no bun to fill you up. This also allows the flavors to really come thru. My fries were ok. They just didn’t match up to the quality goodness of the burger. I would go again as it is better than other fast food chains. Just need them to come to Knoxville now. I know a few good locations that will do great business for them.

New onion rings is amazing, also strawberry shake is enhanced by dipping fries into it. Miss old concrete style shake but still very fresh full of flavor, not headache inducing sweet level but creamy rich amazing flavor shake as always. Also burgers are great as long as you request well done burger

This location had only been open a couple of weeks. We were excited to go because we had lived in San Diego and had one less than a mile from us. It’s a great place. When we arrived we discovered the drive thru window line was taking up 3 different parking lots. It was well planned out and management had a lot of workers staffed to make sure it was orderly. We waited in line for an hour. There were several spots where our order was taken, reviewed and reviewed again. When we got to the window, there were no less than 20 people in the drive thru area. They were all being trained. We received our order and it was not correct, which after it being checked so much was disappointing. When we ate the food, we were surprised because we knew what to expect and it was not as good as it should have been. It didn’t taste the same. It was a waste of time waiting for a hour and a waste of money because it was not the quality we get in California. I don’t know if they are just learning and don’t have it down yet or if it will just be less than other restaurants. We do not plan to go back to the one in Lebanon, TN.

This place is incredibly busy, even at 12 am! We had to wait an hour for our pickup order during the day. I think dine-in is much faster, but there’s no seating during the day. People just stand anywhere to enjoy their meals.
I don’t recommend the animal fries, the burnt onion will ruin the whole dish. If you’re not a fan of onions, just say no.
The extra special sauce, extra pickles, extra chili pickle are a must-try. Eat it right there, do not pack it home or drive long way.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is great.
I’m definitely in for a location in Atlanta. Please bring good foods to Atlanta!!

It had been three years, almost to the date since we had In N Out back in California before we moved out East. It’s worth the 3 hour drive from where we live now, and our drive through line was only a 30 minute wait for the best fresh fast food you’ll ever enjoy. From joining the line to getting the food on our laps, it was well worth it!
So filling, and with that taste of real food, nothing can replace the beauty of this: God’s resteraunt.
A wonderful place to make memories, and enjoy the fun retro atmosphere, and the most friendly of staff.
It’s always a pleasure. Untill next time, In N Out, we will be seeing you again.

We have many friends from the West Coast or those who have visited the area…all of them sing In and Outs praises. Couldn’t wait to try them after we saw Christmas lights December 2025. We were told for the drive thru it would be a 45 minute wait, and they were right pretty much down to the minute. The menu is simple, but let me just say what they serve is amazing! You can taste each ingredient is high quality. We ordered the cheeseburger and animal style fries. Best fast food cheeseburger ever!! It was so fresh and the flavor was amazing. Fries were perfectly cooked, and we loved the option to choose how we wanted them cooked. Animal style was definitely the way to go. Can’t wait for many more stops here, and the prices can’t be beat. We didn’t try the shakes, but are excited to on our next visit.

Absolutely thrilled to have this location open in Tennessee. For handling so many customers, Lebanon staff are doing it well. I waited in line outside for maybe ten minutes around 10:30am to order and they gave us Tennessee INO stickers. The quality of the food was excellent. I think the cheese on my animal fries hardened because it was 20 degrees out. But overall, great experience, just like CA and NV which I regularly frequent. Restaurant was clean and well taken care of. I did the drive thru on another occasion and they make sure you go in order and no one cuts. They made my order right both times, but if you EVER have an issue, just tell them and they’ll make it right.
