I was on a business trip and decided to have dinner at this restaurant. I recommend arriving at least an hour before their closing time. I had a slightly unpleasant experience when I arrived at 7:55 PM and heard from the reception/front desk that they were already closed. It was a bit odd, especially since I’m not familiar with the area. Normally, I’ve been to many restaurants where arriving 30 minutes before closing wasn’t an issue.

I’ve been to this location a few times now having wanted to give it more time. I have to say that they’ve been consistent with their service and the taste of their food which have been good. The restaurant is clean and their staff is always nice. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a perfect score is that the last few times I have been at the restaurant my food has come out with a lukewarm temperature. I’m afraid to send it back because I don’t want them to Simply put it in the microwave. If that happened to me again would the management prepare me a brand new order? I would be willing to go back in order to find out. The last time I was there I ordered hunan chicken and the picture I posted is what my plate look like.

Went there for dinner today-first time-and was very disappointed. Service was very slow from the start. There appeared to be 2-3 people working the hostess stand and one person who was doing their best to wait on tables as well as those seated at the bar. Took almost 15 minutes from when we received or beverages at our table and when the waitress returned to take our order.

A great disappointment. First of all, the waiter was dead rude and not helpful at all. She was definitely exhaustipated. She hardly had patience to listen and provide options…though the time when I went had only very and very few people at the restaurant. Next, the Food – I ordered Pad Thai – An example of how horrible Pad Thai shouldn’t be made…a complete disappointment…No flavour at all! I personally make a good Pad Thai than this horrible one! Normally after an ownership transfer there is a difference in service, this was not the case. The new owners Adam, Michael & GM Liz were extremely personable and made it a priority to meet the regulars & touch every table on a regular basis. Jay the sushi chef is phenomenal and made me a “special sushi roll” and the sesame beef is delicious . I highly recommend dining here if you want great service, delicious food, and an all around enjoyable experience.
