The lady at the front desk needs her son to do the ordering, I understand the language barrier, but I don’t understand why are you RUDE. As soon as I walked in the front the door she recognized me, then when in the back to talk about me to another worker, I should’ve left then. But it’s better to leave a bad review. Egg drop soup was good though. I’m going across the street to Fuji for better service. It was nice while it lasted, and it sucks because I’ve been coming here since a child.

This is the best Chinese food in Cincinnati. Seriously. I was so upset when I moved outside their delivery zone. But their food is so good I will take an hour one way bus ride just to get it! Sometimes its a three hour trip there an back but it’s so worth it. They are the only Asian restaurants that I’ve found in the Cincinnati area that makes the General Tso’s chicken the right way!! Literally no other place I’ve tried downtown makes it the way they do. Such a great place. Always friendly. Always fast. And always such GREAT gold. I love this place and would recommend to everyone.

If I was able to get a word in edge wise, maybe I would have ordered. The lady (seems every time it is her who answers), I am met with rushed speech (beyond a language barrier), and she hangs up on me. This has been noticed several times when I try to give it a second chance. Change the person who answers to someone who behaves professionally and I will order again.
If a person uses their nationality or culture to hide that fact that they are just plain rude, they need to go. Period. If that is your culture, be aware that you are in the host country of America and that does not fly with everyone. You met one that does not let people be rude, regardless of the story behind it.
The food is great, the one person I had on the phone one time was beyond professional, but current phone answerer needs to go!
When they recognize my number, they hang up. Unprofessional “lady” and she needs to be fired permanently. She makes the whole place look like garbage when she acts like that. I am the customer trying to make an order, she is on shift, but she can’t tell the difference and takes everything (something as simple as “I was just making sure you deliver. I will be ordering online”. I said that because I remember her and don’t wish to experience rude behavior AS. A. CUSTOMER On THANKSGIVING.
I was having a rough Thanksgiving already… don’t need her to add to it.

I come here very frequently and always get beef and broccoli. They do it so right here. Their pork egg rolls and crab rangoons are also great. Portion sizes are also very generous.

Tonight, I ordered Fried Dumplings. When they were delivered, I opened the container and they were burnt (please see the attached). I called the restaurant and the owner’s son (who takes most of the orders and works at the front counter) answered. I explained the dumplings were fried and burnt. I explained they even smelled burnt. He said he would call his father (who delivered the food) to instruct him to come back to my residence and pick up the food; and they would issue me a refund. I explained to him I wanted dumplings; so, I asked him to re-make the dumplings and when the corrected dumplings were delivered, I would give them the burnt dumplings. He said, “No, that option isn’t available at this time.” I asked why isn’t the option wasn’t available. He stated they would just come to pick up the burnt dumplings and issue a refund. I further explained that money (a refund) isn’t the issue. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the dumplings I ordered to be corrected and re-delivered. He told me that I would be charged a second delivery fee. I asked him, “Why would I be charged a second delivery fee when the restaurant made the mistake?” He pivoted; and stated that re-delivery isn’t an available option. When I questioned why not, he stated, “Because we don’t want to.” I told him, “You just lost a customer!” This family-owned restaurant has poor customer service. This incident isn’t my first time experiencing sub-par customer service; but, I wanted to give them the “benefit of the doubt.” The restaurant made the mistake; but, wouldn’t be inconvenienced to ensure the customer was satisfied. Patronize this place at your own risk! If they mess up your order, they won’t go out of their way to make it right. I will NEVER bring my money back to this poor excuse of a business!

Food was not great first time going to the restaurant because it was close to my job. I ordered Mongolian beef and it was made with a whole bunch of green peppers and peppers that sat on top and barely had any beef and too much rice was not made with Love at all so that most definitely won’t be back
