First time trying this place. The prices I seen online are a little higher. Not by much. I posted pics. I got the pork belly and half duck. I was welcomed in. Fast service. The decor was so, not sure what kind of theme or vibe they going for.

YUMMY flavorful tender pork belly. The Duck was rich with flavor and good size portion for half a duck.

They are warm pre opening now,no dine in, order to go only. Grand open in December 2025.

“Pha lau”(pork organ herb stew) was sooooooo tasteful, rich favor. 1000% authentic taste. Definitely will be back more with family and friends if they keep the food quality same as today(sad that some restaurants couldn’t keep the standard after their business get busier).
Crispy pork belly and Char siu pork both with different flavors.
I wish they could do crispy pork intestine too, that would be yummy.
Next time will try roast duck.
I m expecting their official opening in December!

Stopped in to try Imperial Roast and BBQ House, a new family-owned spot that opened about two weeks ago — and I’m really glad I did. It’s a small shop with a welcoming atmosphere. Their son, Bobby, was running the front and did a great job explaining the menu without talking to me like I was five. Friendly, patient, and you can tell they care about their customers.
I ordered the Phá Lấu, Char Siu Pork, and Crispy Pork Belly.
Phá Lấu: Primarily pig ear, tongue, and intestine — but done right. Tender, flavorful, and none of that harsh offal taste that can sometimes come with dishes like this. The flavor alone could have carried the meal.
Char Siu Pork: Juicy, tender, and seasoned well. Not dried out, not overly sweet — just balanced.
Crispy Pork Belly: Super flavorful. Not just your basic salt/pepper/garlic profile — you can tell there’s care in the marinade and technique. The skin had a great crunch without the meat drying out.
Overall, rounding up to 5 stars without hesitation. This is one of those places where you can see the heart and effort behind the food. Excited to see how they grow, especially once they hit their full stride and grand opening.
If you love roast meats, comfort food, or supporting family-owned spots — go check them out. I’ll definitely be back.

Brand new place on the southside. Mouth watering pork belly and duck so tender and juicy you will wanna slap your momma . Order was quick and the service great. The restaurant itself is very cute and extremely clean. Please try this place. You will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I went there today (lunch) a first time for us. Blown away!! The food was fantastic. We had 1/2 duck, also got the pork belly with veggies and the pork roll order (4) . Great food, we will be dropping in again real soon.

First time trying this place and it was such a delight! We ordered the duck and the pork belly—both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were amazing, and the owners were so kind and helpful in guiding us on what to order. I’m already excited to come back again for their official opening in December. We ordered over $60+ worth of food and planned to dine in. There are signs posted saying “no public restrooms,” which we assumed applied to non-customers. However, after placing and paying for our order, we were told the restroom was not available even for paying customers.
For a business offering dine-in service (tables & chairs), it’s reasonable to expect basic restroom access. As someone with a medical need to use restrooms, this created an uncomfortable situation and ultimately forced us to take our food to go instead of eating there.
If restrooms truly aren’t available at this location, the business should seriously consider operating as carry-out only (remove tables) or make this policy very clear before customers order. Offering sit-down service without access to a restroom is not a reasonable dining experience.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend dining in.

If you haven’t tried authentic Chinese bbq you’re missing out, the chef has been doing this almost 50 years and it’s amazing. Wow!!! The bao with char sui is really good and so is the roasted duck

Take out only. Food was good but the menu is SEVERELY limited… BBQ pork belly, BBQ pork butt and BBQ duck for entrees.

Everything that they have to offer here is amazing. I first found out about it from a family member and had to try it myself. Let me tell you that this place is delicious!!! It’s a definite must go or must take a new person to the area to eat at.
