First time trying imperial palace and was very pleased ! The Mongolian beef was full of meat and a large portion , the crab Rangoon was amazing and the egg rolls were ok ( I’m very picky with egg rolls ) . The food was delivered to me very fast and still very hot. I will definitely order from these guys again soon !

The beef and broccoli tasted and smells horrible. The price for amount of food was not worth it. The chicken lo mein hardly had any noodles. The sesame chicken was very soggy and chewy. The plus side was they were quick and the sweet rolls were a hit with the kids. If I were offered free food from this place I would turn it down.

The entire order was disappointing. Egg foo young was overcooked and dry . It came with a side of bland broth . Beef chop suey was also tasteless. I threw away the egg roll . Definitely will not return .

We keep trying other Chinese places in the area and keep going back to Imperial Palace. Love the crab rangoons and egg rolls. We ordered from another place tonight and were disappointed. Figured it was time to give Imperial some credit for always being our go-to after years of ordering.

Was in Roscoe the day and thought I tried a new place. It says dine in but they had a sign on the door that says take out only. So I want some place else. Perhaps they were doing work I don’t know but it said dine in and it wasn’t.

Ridiculous amount charged for 3 people, $81 seriously?? Obviously the prices shown on the menu attached are not recent. Never received one of the items I ordered and paid for, even after calling back and them not even believing me that I didn’t receive it. They were supposed to refund that item back into my credit card and never did, I’ve even waited a week before posting a review to see if the refund would post.

This place is TRASH. Didn’t tell me the price until AFTER he ran my card and it was double the menu prices. Prices weren’t what the have on their menu. The containers were leaking and melted. This place is disgusting in all aspects

Love everything about Imperial palace. It is full of wonderful art, the egg rolls are AMAZING. The food is more then enough for the price. Definitely a hidden gem in freeport.
