I loved it! What a fun setup inside; it’s like lunar theme. It’s very clean as well. The Pu-pu Platter for Two was a fun way to get to try most of the appetizers and find out what you like (but I like all of it)
Note; usually pupu samplers have smaller boneless spare ribs pieces but these were large bone-in ones.
Scorpion Bowls and Pupu Platters are just like perfect girl dinner date. Helpful and friendly staff. Good spot to take photos because it’s well lit.

It’s bright in the restaurant, but I don’t think you need sunglasses. My husband and I started off with the dumplings and crab rangoons, they were both good. I ordered hibachi with salad, steak and shrimp, and rice. The portion was huge! After having the crab rangoons, dumplings, and salad, I had a few bites and I had to take the rest home. I wanted to keep eating more but my stomach wouldn’t let me.
My husband ordered the Fuiji Roll and he liked it!
We had Natalie as our waitress and she was kind and attentive. My husband and I always say grace at the table before we eat and she was respectful and walked around with my salad until we were finished praying.
There was also a nice lady who came around and put our left overs in a bag for us!
We will be returning!

Imperial Dynasty in Cranston is a beautiful, very modern restaurant with a great atmosphere. The aesthetics alone make it a lovely place to dine. Our waiter was extremely attentive, and the service was truly on point from start to finish.

The sticky wings were wonderful—flavorful and perfectly cooked—and the sushi was also very good, fresh, and nicely presented. Unfortunately, the pho missed the mark for me. While the broth was okay, it lacked that true pho essence and depth of flavor, and I wasn’t a fan of the noodles used in the dish.

Overall, there were definite highlights, especially the service, ambiance, wings, and sushi, but the pho fell short. A solid experience with room for improvement.

Just went here for the first time since they opened to celebrate my husband’s birthday, as we live right down the street. The atmosphere is wonderful and I can’t say enough nice things about the staff.. the waitresses were so kind to us and were so positive. I got sesame chicken off the menu and it was very good. The marinade that it was in was sweet and savory, and I would definitely order again. I will be trying the sushi as soon as I can, I could not this time as I’m pregnant but I’m sure it is also wonderful based on the other food ordered.

I believe we went in for dinner 5pm on their second night open. There was a 10 minute wait at the front door, there are 2 chairs available for a waiting areaand there were 3 parties waiting when we arrived. The first thing I noticed walking in is the place is bright, nothing like the original establishment. The spare ribs were dry and crunchy, the chicken fingers were undercooked and the batter was still mushy. We did enjoy the lo mein, chow mein, and beef fried rice. The crab Rangoon were interesting with a very flaky crust and decent amount of filling. For sushi I ordered the spicy salmon, nothing to rave about. Small 6 piece portion not much flavor. We will try again in a few weeks, I look forward to trying the spicy Ramen.

Service was amazing. Great staff! My sister & I went on a Sunday night, wanted to sit at the bar but it was full. Sticky wings and sushi were great the only thing I did not like was the egg roll.

Had to try this place since i consistently see it full every evening it is open!
The old China dynasty was a favorite until it began to do take out only!
As you walk in the door seems very odd and low and has a big sign given you have to open and make sure it is closed behind you with force. They should fix that!
Greeted after 2 mins and sat down. Ordered lunch specials and a sushi roll with fries and 2 sodas $60 which to me is over priced!
The Lo mein was phenomenal. The Beef Teriyaki, Delicious. Now the rice not so much and I found a piece of egg shell inside of as you can see in the pictures. No biggie honestly
Overall I would definitely come back – all these bad reviews must have been during opening season which is normal. Every restaurant needs up and downs to get things running correctly!
Don’t beat this place up. It is pretty good and the menu has everything from Sushi to Hibachi to Pho. Everything under one roof for the entire family. Try it!!! Really nice inside as well not your ordinary Chinese restaurant

Not impressed by imperial dynasty.First day open & the food I got was awful. Pork fried rice was hot ,but absolutely tasteless ,& boneless spare ribs had the texture of beef jerky. Very dry & totally inedible! Absolutely was not fresh! Go at your own risk! Do not recommend if you like New England style Chinese food. I don’t know what style this is, but it was a waste of money cuz it’s in the garbage!

I will go here ZERO more times. First – you may need to wear sunglasses to dine here, who’s paying this electric bill??! I enjoy seeing my food and company clearly while out to eat, but find it unnecessary to be viewing their pores. We were sat quickly, and our server asked us for our drinks, apps and food order all at once. Somehow my general tsao combo arrived prior to my girlfriend’s cosmopolitan. The fried rice was cold and the egg roll was slightly slimey. The chicken itself wasn’t too bad, but nothing special. The lady ordered the chicken hibachi which was supposed to be served with soup/salad which never made an appearance. Speaking of the hibachi – it is glorified buffet style, nothing special and some mushrooms had escaped from the grill and were sitting on the counter for the entirety of our dining experience. Employees must of walked by 20-25 times past this lonely mushroom and not cleaning it up. Our server gave us the world’s smallest to go box that an infant would realize our food would not fit in… so I asked for a bigger box and was brought a second teeny box and no bag. Awesome. The parking lot still had confetti from the opening…. just makes me think they dont feel like cleaning anything. I was a life long customer at China dynasty, you WILL NOT get any of the same flavors or care that you would have when it was open.
