It is an amazing buffet, in that there is a variety, enough to satiate the pickiest eaters. The staff was friendly, their service is good too, they were quick to clean off old plates. The area is clean, there is always someone placing refills of food. The staff is engaging, if you need something, they will help.

Writing this review after going there four times in the past two years. Service is always great. They’re always clearing your plates and refilling your drinks. Can’t complain about that. $20 per person is not worth it due to the quality of the food. It just isn’t good whatsoever. Especially the meat. We’ve tried practically everything there and we’re lucky if we find one good item. After our last visit, four of us ended up vomiting and had diarrhea within 30-90 minutes of consumption. We’re not sure which food caused this. Needless to say we won’t be returning. But we do appreciate the great service and kind staff.

—Disappointed with the Experience
I recently visited “imperial” buffet, i would call it SCAM BUFFET and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. It’s a cheap place with super rude staff.
Firstly, the **food quality** was below par. Many of the dishes seemed to have been sitting out for a long time and were lukewarm at best. The sushi section, in particular, tasted stale and was clearly not fresh. Additionally, the variety of food offered was quite limited compared to other buffets I’ve visited.
Secondly, the **cleanliness** of the restaurant was concerning. Several tables were left dirty for extended periods, and the buffet area itself was messy, with spills and food debris not being cleaned up promptly. This made the dining environment unpleasant and unappetizing.
Moreover, the **service** was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive. When we asked for assistance or requested that certain dishes be replenished, we were met with slow and unenthusiastic responses. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed or understaffed, which significantly impacted the overall experience.
Lastly, the **price** did not reflect the quality of the experience. For the amount we paid, I expected a much higher standard of food and service. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the cost.
I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Buffets can offer great value and variety when done right, but this place fell short in many areas during my visit. I wish i’d not have even consider this place.

The lunch and dinner are the same food options but your paying different prices. The food is very mid now. And dessert and cold options are very slim. Even the hot food options are very minimum and if you come in after 7 they already are shutting things down. Its sad because this place used to be so good!

They tried to sit me in a chair that was so busted there wasn’t even a good place to sit without plastic stabbing me in the butt which just blew my mind when there was PLENTY of other booths
There was hair in the Mac n cheese
The bacon wrapped asparagus had RAW bacon on it
Everything was luke warm
Bread was hard and stale
If you ask for water it comes from the sink fyi
You can get habatchi cooked in front of you for this lame price.

A very large selection of food on the buffet. Nice salad and fruit bar. The food is always hot and tastes fresh. The 2 waiters basically ignored us and stayed in the bussing room. We were never checked on except to give us drinks and the bill. They never checked on us to see if we needed more drinks or to clear plates when we finished and went back to get more food. So our table got cried with plates since it was a small table to begin with. But we will come back because the food was really good and a very large selection.

Since I have been back in town, I enjoy coming to Imperial Buffet. I’m always greeted & shown to a table very quickly.
There are many different food options to choose from. Even with a buffet, the food is still fresh and hot.
I recommend if you need a buffet place to go. It’s all you can eat as well.

Food was horrible and disgusting!! chicken was very dry i think they reheated it several times, fish was gross it’s not cooked well, noodles are very dry and hard to chew and the kimchi is too salty. But kuddos to the server he was very nice and helpful, he smile a lot. The cashier is rude very rude!!
