I have a very negative review. I ordered a pizza and paid for at the time I ordered it. My husband went to pick it up was told they did have a pizza for us. I then called them and said yes the have the pizza if we wanted to come back. No.
I then asked for a refund. It has been 12, no refund yet. I went to the store and talked to the manager who stood there and lied to me.

Pizza and cheese bread was our order. As usual the supreme was excellent. Quality ingredients make your food worth every dollar. We picked up order and ate at home.

Customer service is not a priority at all. Ordered over the weekend and made a complaint, no response when I ask the store manager at the store I had problems with. Was told they got my complaint. No one still has contacted me to resolve the issue and the store manager of the location I had a problem with did not seem empathetic to my problem either . This is one of the reasons I was mad was the condition of food at arrival also I was told a time and it did not get to me for 2 hrs! Still incredibly disappointed after all the instore orders I typically do, definitely advise a new restaurant if you like good and professional customer care.

We have been going to IMO for over 40 years. This time when we went they charged me for a water. ( you got to be kidding me right). I have never been charged for water in all my years at IMOs or any other restaurant. The person who took our order at the register said that we had to pay for two drinks because they both use the same glass. Does that make any since? I am done with IMOs.

In order to square up a minor mistake, I asked a customer what I can get them. She told me an IMO’s gift card would work. I went to the imo’s web site and I’m not sure I’ve ever done so many of those stupid captcha’s! I did 6 on one order! I spent 20 minutes going over every stupid detail and clicking on pictures and still couldn’t get a gift card purchased. I called IMO’s corporate HQ and they said the franchise people are in charge of this and I can see why it’s so screwed up. They just don’t gaf if it works or not. I left a message but i’m not holding my breath that anyone at this company will call back. I wish I could rate this company a zero.

My nearest imos is awesome, but i ordered from somewhere else last night. The website is god awful in design. Aside from poor design, the passwords being automatically hidden without the option to show them is annoying. You’ve lost BUSINESS because of this from myself and apparently others.
I see other reviews not liking the website, but something tells me the corporate part of this business will ignore because the franchise owners will be first to suffer. Hopefully I’m wrong and can change this to 5 stars, raving about how quickly the poor website got fixed.

The Imo’s on Halls Ferry and Chambers has the worse customer service in the whole St. Louis Metropolitan area. I live nearby and I have had so many issues and problems with customer service there that it is incredible. The last time I called to place an order around 9:30, they picked the phone up and then hung up on me, and I called back and they picked it up and hung it up again.
Another day, I had a worker go off on me and spoke to a manager the next day about it and they told me she was having a bad day, but the way she spoke you could tell that she knew absolutely nothing about customer service and how to conduct herself with the public or a business. These are just a couple of the many issues I have had with this Imos. I have given up on them getting better. The workers don’t want to take your order especially after 9pm and will treat you super rude without an ounce of respect. It’s really surprising how ignorant their workers can get.
