Immo’s Pizza is hands down the best pizza in town! The quality is always excellent—fresh, hot, and made just right every time. You can truly taste the care they put into their ingredients and preparation.
What I appreciate most is their customer service. On the rare occasion something isn’t exactly right, they are incredibly friendly and quick to make it right by preparing a fresh new pizza without any hassle. That kind of attitude and commitment to customers really sets them apart.

So much sauce it’s basically not edible. Like it looks like they accidentally spilt a tub of sauce on it and was like… “oh well”

Very inconsistent quality. I come here often because when they are on their A game, the food is great and the food is ready when it should be. However, it has become hit and miss to get the quality of food for the price you are paying. I will customize and order a $14 chef salad on their website and get a half container of lettuce, a sprinkle of cheese, and an egg. Other times it will be loaded up with the meats and everything else that should be added to it. Sometimes the pizza is done and I gotta wait 10 more minutes for them to complete the salads ( or vise versa). To their credit, they are quick to replace items that aren’t what you should have received. How about a quality check before you consider the food finished in the kitchen?

Pizza was burnt, and garlic cheese bread came stacked on top of each other which caused half of it not to even have cheese. And it was 30 minutes past the delivery time. Will not order from here again.

Great St Louis style pizza and mini tacos! You can order something or they have mini pizzas readily available. Small refrigerator section near which carries Imos salads & sandwiches. So good!

This is the first time I’ve eaten at a Imo’s Pizza and I have to say my mind and taste buds were blown away!!! I haven’t had this good of pizza and buffalo wings in a long long time. The owner was very accommodating and the delivery driver was quick and polite. You guys have got to try their food. Next time I’m this way, this is definitely a must stop for me. And thank you to pizza inn for having a $50 minimum delivery charge. This is how I found Imo’s Pizza!!!!!!!!

I have ordered Imos 3 times and the first time they left half of my order at the store. I understand accidents happen so I let it go and they brought it about 30 min later. The 2nd time went about as normal as a pizza delivery goes. The 3rd time which will also be the last the driver showed up 20 min after I was told he would arrive, ok things happen I can accept that. The deal breaker was when I opened the box and all of the toppings had slid off the pizza and were in a pool inside the box. There was so much sauce that the pizza which was also not cut was a soggy mess and would tear when I tried to salvage a piece. I ended up giving it to my dogs but even they couldn’t get a slice up and resorted to literally licking a pizza up. I understand that times are hard but a bad experience 2 out of 3 times is a deal breaker from me. The flavor was Ight though so they get 2 stars.

Best pizza location in Jackson. The staff are willing to cook you up things right away and I mean it’s really good service. They have other menu item’s besides pizza. I personally love their lasagna.

This Imos is located in a gas station but is a full service pizza place yhat cooked us great pizza and toasted ravioli. The place is clean and the people working inside were courteous and competent. We would definitely eat there again.
