We have been waiting over a year to try St. Louis style pizza again. Not only did it not disappoint, but the lady who served us went out of her way to make it a good time for our kids too. She was super kind and welcoming. It was the kind of service I’d expect at a family-owned local pizza place, not a chain. Exceptional in every aspect.

Everytime l order my salad online and pick it up it’s perfect. Ready on time and have always had friendly window service. The young lady today did everything right, professionally and FRIENDLY.

We were having trouble ordering through the website so we tried to call the Imo’s closest to our branch and were on hold forever. When calling this location, someone answered right away and was VERY pleasant and helpful. We were technically outside their delivery area but they made an exception for us and delivered to us anyway. The woman who took our very large order was so friendly & patient. Our delivery driver was also very friendly & helpful. Our food was hot and fresh and packaged well. We were very satisfied with our experience & would highly recommend!

I hate to make this because I love imos but have reached out multiple times without my issue being resolved I’m not a picky eater neither is my toddler we both got extremely sick tasted like our pineapples were old (it happens) I’ve reached out to store and just kept getting a busy line I picked up on the way home from work and live 40 minutes away from the store reached out to headquarters as well with no response. We both ate 1 piece and instantly got sick this happened weeks ago have tried reaching out since then hoping it can be made right and since we weren’t able to eat it that it could be refunded I have pictures of the next day of the pizza barley being touched

Went here while passing through to introduce a newbie to St. Louis style pizza. Got the Great Tastes of St. Louis box. The staff was busy when I walked in but acknowledged my presence, apologised, and asked if I could please wait a moment. When I was served they were kind and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly and I got exactly what I expected. It’s not the most amazing place for St Louis style, but it was quick and easy and still tasty. We all loved the Cinnimos the best though . In summary, great service, okay food.

Sad Update: Past few times I’ve had it the drivers have been great but the food is less than mediocre. Not sure what happened there. Turnover rate I’ve noticed is extraordinary. Wont be back
